The staff was extremely friendly as soon as I walked in. They greeted me first thing, and as I left they said have a great day. I ordered the Iced Horchata Oat milk Shaken Espresso and it tasted great. Overall, wonderful experience and I will be coming back soon.

I’m a caregiver, and I started working for a client about a year ago who absolutely LOVES Starbucks, this one in particular. He likes to go in every day, sometimes twice and enjoys a breakfast sandwich and a refresher. They all know him by name, and most times have his drink made up before we even get to the register. They have been kind, friendly and efficient EVERY SINGLE TIME we’ve been in. They have become friends to us, and we truly enjoy every visit!
Aaron, the manager, has the most amazing crew! Definitely the elite in the Barista ‘coffee maker’ industry! I would like to mention some of the names who make our visits so special…

Then there’s Kellie… This girl! I ordered only water for quite awhile, due to acid reflux issues. Kellie just wasn’t having it, and made it a point to create special drinks for me in consideration of my issues. She opened up many new doors for me, and I just want to show her some extra love for taking the time to elevate my drink experience!
You are ALL so amazing, and I appreciate each and every one of you!! I look forward to every visit, and apologize if I left anyone out.

Update: I can’t rave enough about these baristas! Now Jen has introduced me to to yet ANOTHER wonderful, secret concoction that I feel I can’t live without! Jen and Ava are a power team together and seem to have a lot of fun while staying very professional! I absolutely LOVE this location! Thank you all so much!

If it was so convenient and close to my house, I wouldnt ever get drinks here. The employees dont care at all about getting drinks prompt. My husband and I even do mobile orders now and still, its getting worse and worse. This last time, I ordered before 11:00, had to ask at 11:15 if they wete working on my drink, then the girl standing around got to it. She just let it sit behind the counter as she made another drink. I must’ve upset her by asking? Then I said, can I please have my drink im in a hurry. She just handed it annoyed. Over 20 mins after ordering. I wasn’t the only one they were doing this to. And this isnt the first time. The staff is always standing around chatting and we have to ask for help. Then never thank you, nothing. The customer service here is horrible. Someone needs to open a stand around here so we can go there and give that stand business.

This place has gone so downhill. They used to be good. My 10 year old and I arrived at 4:05pm to share a bite in the lobby and we ordered and then sat down quietly waiting in the lobby. They then came over and said “you can’t sit here, the lobby is closed at 4pm” . I asked when did that change and two employees both said “we don’t know, this isn’t our regular store”. We basically got kicked out after they said they are doing it to combat the homeless and I told them we aren’t homeless and just want to sit and enjoy our food and drinks in peace and will clean up after ourselves and they still said no. This is absurd. We definitely won’t ever be back here.

I typically use the drive through. I have never had a bad experience here. I am always greeted with a smile, and sometimes it’s just one latte, but other times it is a couple of sandwiches and a couple of drinks, and always excellent service!!

Usually not a huge fan of their hot coffees, always taste a little burnt, but I love their frappuccinos! However the main reason why I’m leaving such a good review is for the baristas. They’re always so kind, nice, and brighten my day! If any of them are reading this, I hope you’re having a wonderful day

Starbucks is always a solid place to get a decent, predictable cup of coffee. I have food sensitivities, and have found I can safely consume cold brews and americanos without gluten contamination issues. I wouldn’t try a frappeccino or other blended drink, since the machines are shared between drinks and contamination is very likely. I know a lot of folks will bash them for “burnt beans”, and as a fellow light roast lover, I get where they are coming from. But as someone who has few safe options for food and drink on the go, I appreciate that I am able to consistently get safe drinks from this brand.

I honestly don’t know which location I am reviewing, other than that it had a drive through, as we are moving and have been going by many different Starbucks locations lately. The service is always fast and accurate at all the ones we’ve been to lately, and with good adherence to masking and very polite service from the cashiers.
