This has got to be one of the worst places in Georgia to eat you wait for 2 hours to get your food when you do get it it’s disgusting it’s cold it tastes horrible it looks like it’s been played with like a football. The employees don’t care they take turns going out to a car to smoke weed well customers are in the store waiting for their order owners and management do not care no one has contacted me or any of the other customers who have complained. My recommendation to all who think to spend your hard earned money at this particular location or the one on Cobb Parkway don’t do it they do not care they’re rude they have no sense of urgency whatsoever to the customer again making you wait for an hour or two for one order and when you get the order it’s garbage not even edible. Both of them should be shut down and the health department should really go in and check them out

I placed an online order, showed up and was told AFTER paying for my order (you can only pay in store not online) that the wing flavor I wanted was out. I then asked for a refund because I wasn’t about to wait for a flavor I didn’t want and I was told I couldn’t get one because there was no GM present. I just left and said I’d coke back tomorrow. What kind of customer service is this? If you know you can’t do refunds, why not tell someone before they pay that you don’t have what they want? I better get my refund today or I’ll just be calling AMEX for a charge back and I’ll be sticking to Wing Factory from now on.

First time in the area and I was on the way to Chick fil a, but saw Wingstop instead. First off, the store is filthy! Sticky floors, rags and junk in the small takeout window. Tea machine was not working and was running over with water. My lemon pepper wings were oily with very little seasoning. Fries were hot but dark and oily. A waste of 30.00. I won’t be going back. A health inspector and the owner should clean up and make some changes. Giving my money back would help also.

My experience in this place was horrifying!! The guys were unprofessional, disrespectful, rapping and cursing loudly and acting like they were home in their basement instead of a business. I am honestly still in disbelief. Whoever the guys were that worked today around 3:30 should all be terminated. Not to mention this establishment has a major sewage problem which reeks a horrible smell. I picked up and order for Doordash so I dont know how the food was but I do know I heard the man tell the person before me they ran out of ranch. I look on my order and ranch was listed. As he called me up to get my order he just sat the bag on the counter. He wasnt even going to mention the ranch. I said is there ranch in the bag he replied “we out of it” and walked away with no alternatives for me. I said can I have Blue Cheese gosh. He sat them on the counter and walked away. Unprofessional!!!!

I stopped in to get some lunch after my drive from Greenville SC. BABY, they did not disappoint! The young lady who took my order was pleasant and informative, the wait wasn’t long, and the wings were bussin! I ordered the Cajun wings and my daughter ordered the lemon pepper. I ordered the honey hot tenders it was dry and disgusting. Ordered the voodoo fries they were soggy as hell. Cajun corn was decent at best but it was dry too! Won’t be ordering from here anymore

This Wingstop was out of the way for us, and a very pleasant surprise! The staff was wonderfully efficient, they seemed like a crew that worked well together. The food was perfectly prepared. The tables were clean and not sticky like other places I’ve gone. I should have known I was in for a good treat when I went to the restroom beforehand and it was perfectly clean. Kudos to the staff, this place was awesome!!

This was by far THE WORST experience I have had at a restaurant. Among other things, they forgot my chicken strips and said they couldn’t do a refund without the general manager present. All the customers in the location were equally disappointed and the trap music blasting was no help.
