I had ordered from Uber Eats waited the usual delivery time etc. One person is going to pick up my order and tells me “ my order has been picked up” which the app never notified me that it has. So I go and check the app and nothing I didn’t receive order picked up or nothing.
I then get another driver and she gets there and tells me that she thinks someone stole my order. I came to conclusion that someone did. So I proceed to call the location and they pick up and tell me “ no more orders can be placed etc”. That’s not what I was wanting to do though. I tell them “ someone stole my order from Uber Eats” I tell them the name what I ordered and he sarcastically said “ someone stole your order oh man what was the name on it”. And I tell him everything and he just hangs up on me. I call 3 times on my phone and somebody else phone and they didn’t answer. So that goes to tell me they have unprofessional people working there that can’t be trusted with the security of our food. When all they have to do is ask what the name for it is or to see the phone that the delivery has to confirm if they’re picking up the order for that person. And I genuinely believe that it was an inside job from the employees too. But who knows.
Props to the cooks, cashiers and everyone that works nights though! They’re hard working and it shows!

I placed a order tonight, the first one in a while for this location and was saddened to see it has not improved. In fact it has gotten worse.
I ordered fries and a drink at 7:45pm, and arrived at 8:15. The order wasn’t ready yet- no biggie, I’m patient- so I sat down to wait. Around 8:30 a person who placed a walk in order after my mobile order was given his order, and my order wasn’t called out until 8:45. One. Hour. Later. I received no apology or any kind of acknowledgment aside from the bag being thrust out at me, had to interrupt another poor customer to remind them I also had a drink, and when I got home? My order consisted of Cajun corn and a five count chicken strip, one of which was torn.
I contacted corporate for a refund.
