I did a quick online order and went to pick it up. It was ready when I got there so I’d say it took about 20mns. I mistakenly ordered the wrong flavor and didn’t realize it until I got in my car. I called from the car and asked if I can come swap it out. Ron assisted me immediately and was very helpful. Kevin met me at the register with my correct order. He was also extremely helpful and pleasant as well. My order was corn, boneless wings (no sauce), boneless hot wings, seasoned fries & and soda. Everything was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So, I have been compelled to go to another Wingstop location only because everybody kept telling me about the ranch dressing and how is made in house instead of prepackaged. The Cascade/Atlanta location I didn’t really much care for the food or the dressing so I decided to go a little bit further out to the Austell area and I must say besides the YN’s working there the food in the ranch dressing was really really great. I ended up getting the traditional original hot and the lemon pepper I don’t really care for their lemon pepper wings however I want to try some other flavors. Their garlic parmesan wings to me are the best thing on that menu when it comes to wing flavors but I’m definitely going to this location again and try them out.

Slowest service I’ve every experienced. The guy up front ( black guy , short haircut ) does NOT know what he’s doing and they put to much faith in him . Chile not worth the trouble. Mind you I only got sauces no food. The music is good though . Never had any issue until today .

Kevin Was simply amazing!! I’ve been to this location on several occasions and I’ve had some good experiences but also some not so good. I would like to say that as of today the new systems in play definitely made a huge difference. All of my food was fresh.’ Fries hot and crispy.! Wings perfectly cooked. Service via Kevin was Ahmazing!! He definitely won me over. Not sure if he’s in management but if he’s not he needs to be!!

One of the worst and most ghetto wing stops I’ve ordered from on the planet.
I had ordered from Uber Eats waited the usual delivery time etc. One person is going to pick up my order and tells me “ my order has been picked up” which the app never notified me that it has. So I go and check the app and nothing I didn’t receive order picked up or nothing.

I then get another driver and she gets there and tells me that she thinks someone stole my order. I came to conclusion that someone did. So I proceed to call the location and they pick up and tell me “ no more orders can be placed etc”. That’s not what I was wanting to do though. I tell them “ someone stole my order from Uber Eats” I tell them the name what I ordered and he sarcastically said “ someone stole your order oh man what was the name on it”. And I tell him everything and he just hangs up on me. I call 3 times on my phone and somebody else phone and they didn’t answer. So that goes to tell me they have unprofessional people working there that can’t be trusted with the security of our food. When all they have to do is ask what the name for it is or to see the phone that the delivery has to confirm if they’re picking up the order for that person. And I genuinely believe that it was an inside job from the employees too. But who knows.

It’s been the third time I order here and 2 of those times I ordered online and never got my ranch and I also paid for extra, today I decided to go in to the store to make sure they put my ranch in and when I get the bag the ranch was there but 1 was opened and the ranch was all over the bag I ask for another ranch they did have it to me but not another bag, also they didn’t have no drink, another guy ask for the drinks and he was ignored, I hope they new wingstop on Veterans memorial hwy do beeter

I would have given this place 1 star because I had a horrible experience yesterday. Mind you this is the WS I normally go to But CHINA WAS AMAZING!!!! She fixed my order an then some. She was so sweet and I was able to explain my experience without any judgement. The lead cashier tho? HORRIBLE WITH A STANK ATTITUDE!!! Thank you China for making this experience so much better. I will be returning because of you! (Only when she’s working tho) lol

I’ve come to this location since it opened, and as of the past few months noticed there’s an issue if you order at night. Plan to double your estimated wait on the app- not because the employees are moving slow or lazy. They’re the exact opposite, trying their hardest, but most times I come in between 10pm and 12am there’s 10-15 people in the store waiting on orders and only one cook scheduled. Poor employee is always overworked, apologetic for the experience and trying their best. Seems management (or corporate, whichever controls their labor hours) needs to start scheduling them with more cooks. This is how you burn out your employees and end up with poor employee moral, constant call outs and unhappy customers.
Props to the cooks, cashiers and everyone that works nights though! They’re hard working and it shows!

I placed a order tonight, the first one in a while for this location and was saddened to see it has not improved. In fact it has gotten worse.
I ordered fries and a drink at 7:45pm, and arrived at 8:15. The order wasn’t ready yet- no biggie, I’m patient- so I sat down to wait. Around 8:30 a person who placed a walk in order after my mobile order was given his order, and my order wasn’t called out until 8:45. One. Hour. Later. I received no apology or any kind of acknowledgment aside from the bag being thrust out at me, had to interrupt another poor customer to remind them I also had a drink, and when I got home? My order consisted of Cajun corn and a five count chicken strip, one of which was torn.
I contacted corporate for a refund.

I eat here often. Very often. Excellent management, from a costumer’s perspective. They run a tight ship, but this seems to be appreciated by the staff. Food is ALWAYS 100%. Always fast, hot and delicious. Staff, with a few rare exceptions, are friendly and on point. I highly recommend.
