There was about 5 people working but only one was in the kitchen the rest in lobby conversing with friends that came to hang out and chat. They were so loud and every other word was foul language. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and in top of paying $24 for 10 wings corn and med drink they apparently can’t count to 10 because they shorted me two wings so 8 wings corn and med drink cost me $24. I wasn’t about to go hang out in there for another 25 min and listen to all that noise for two wings. Probably won’t be going back there any time soon. Sucks cause the food is pretty good.

Took more than 40 minutes to get my food as a dine in. My friends told me before going that you have to order early and in advance to get your food at a reasonable time, but wow. The staff were nice and attentive, so I’m not sure why the order took that long. And the fries were cool, as someone did not call out our names when the food was completed. Early orders for take out probably is best for this location.

Great fresh food! Staff was super friendly also. Wait time was normal and not crazy. Had bone in hot wings, voodoo loaded fries, and veggies. Everything was top notch.

This sums up every order I’ve received- Wings are soggy and never cooked as they should be, fries will be BARE even after requesting extra seasoning, and a pool of grease for your wings to rest in the box. I won’t be returning, this place fell off.

We did an online order for delivery, when the food arrived we realized items were missing. When we called the store the employee told us to come in and get the missing items, we asked if we could just have a refund, he then questioned everything we told him like we were trying to get the food for free, we simply wanted a refund for the missing items. He then told us we had to come in regardless, there was nothing that could be done. The whole reason for delivery and paying the fee is so you don’t have to go up to the store. So we would be paying the delivery fee, the tip, then wasting gas to go back up.

So… the usual here… nothing special; rude cashier, trash everywhere, no one paying attention… so anything other than getting mugged I expected…. HOWEVER, the garlic parm sandwich wasn’t bad! Everything else was trash as usual (burnt soggy fries [idk how they manage to do that, must be a hidden skill], drink remix machine half empty etc) but it wasn’t bad at all!

Ordered through Grubhub and by far best wings in the Augusta area. Lemon pepper, Korean BBQ was hot and Cajun, ordered extra crispy and they were all great, cooked perfectly. They weren’t stingy with the veggie sticks either. Blue cheese dressing had lots of blue cheese chunks too.

I ordered Wingstop through Uber eats and my food was hard and burnt and my drink was flat. I usually never have a bad experience like this and I usually do not take to google for this, but this was beyond bad.
