I’ve had many excellent meals from this Wingstop. Normally everything would be perfect. Today however, my coworker and I stopped in for lunch. We each ordered a 10 PC boneless combo. What we got was correct, but the chicken was cold. Now, I understand there’s no microwaves or heat lamps. That’s a good thing! But I will absolutely wait for fresh wings if it means they’ll come to me warm. I’m sure today was an off day and there’s an explanation to be had. I just want management to see this and try to correct it. I love Wingstop and I hold them to a higher standard based on past excellence.

Today we ordered wingstop before work. It was an awful experience and will never spend any more money at this restaurant again. The service, quality, and cleanliness have all gotten so bad. We used to love ordering from wingstop. Today, we ordered a 30 piece meal, but was missing 20 wings (10 of two different flavors). They did not give us the veggies, ranch or blue cheese in that meal either. I also ordered a Chicken tender meal with the side being the corn. We never received the corn. We were eating at the restaurant, so once we sat down and noticed much of our order is missing we went to the counter and show them. The lady working the register was very kind and wanted to help. Once the other people came to see what was wrong, they looked at our order, they looked at the food we got and just gave us attitude. He went to go look in the back, brought veggies back with him and mumbled under his breath that we couldn’t hear what he was saying. We waited longer thinking they were fixing the issue, but they weren’t. The nice lady at the register tried to help us again as we were waiting, but no one was helping her with our order in the back. We finally were tried and angry so we asked to return the food and get a refund. They gave us a lot of attitude with this, they took my phone number and oder number and said it will take 7 to 10 days to get a refund. I used to love to get wingstop, but lately it isn’t worth the money. The restaurants are dirty, you have to wait for a long time, the service sucks and it isn’t cheap. I’ll never spend another penny at their restaurant again. It isn’t worth it anymore, there are plentyof better options.

After 2 hours of waiting, I got cold chicken tenders and a sandwich with missing ingredients. They weren’t bothered with making 2 different flavors so used the same flavor on both items… Please don’t serve cold chicken. Please

Usually, I do not have nothing to complain about when it comes to this Wingstop. But when I say literally my wings barely had any sauce or have any flavor it doesn’t feel fulfilling or satisfying especially for the amount that you’re paying for.

I ordered a 50 piece wing…mild, lemon pepper, garlic parm, and plain assortment. The mild ones were ok, but all the other wings were fried too hard and they were DRY!!! That encompassed 40 of the 50 wings I ordered. I called the store and spoke to “Justin”. I explained exactly what’s written in this review and he said I can come back today, bring back the wings, and they can remake them…I was not going back on that side of town today and then he asked someone else if that was the only option and that person said yes…don’t worry…never will I go back to this Wingstop…I’ll take my 70+ dollars elsewhere next time!

The secret is to order when they’re not busy. I went last night around 8:30 pm. My wings were perfect. Fried hard, how I like them. Lemon pepper and Cajun. Don’t forget to ask for your ranch. I forgot and had to make my own when I got home.

I ordered lemon pepper & honey hot however the flavor i got instead was old grease. I double checked to make sure maybe what u see in the pics is sauce. So i put some on my finger and tried it…GREASE!! Couldn’t even eat them i am beyond mad. Called store x3 no answer, will call in the morning for a refund.

Took our orders wrong. Gave up on waiting for my order to be fixed, waited 30+ minutes for two sides of fries before leaving with no refund. The cashier was absolutely lost. People were steady coming back with incorrect orders. No ice. Bathrooms were filthy. No soap, paper towels. No trash cans? First time going to wingstop, won’t be back! Thanks
