Kind, efficient and clean and inviting lobby and store. I was a partner when you’d store first opened so it was a bit like stepping back into remodeled time…

We love coming here. The mornings are perfection. The afternoons have changed a bit to where the blonde esspresso seems off. Not sure if it’s the machine or just using the wrong beans, but nearly every time we come here now in the PM the coffee is very very burnt tasting.
Other than that, the staff is awesome and doing a great job at juggling many things.

The partners are so friendly, but lately order accuracy is garbage. There are constantly missing food items from orders, and today my drink was either made completely incorrectly or accidentally swapped for someone else’s (ordered a London Fog latte and got a chamomile mint blossom tea that was labeled “London fog”). Don’t go there in a hurry and make sure to double check what you receive against what you’ve ordered. The past four times we’ve visited there have been issues.

Nice people, convenient location with plenty of parking.
I tend to be here very early in the morning, sometimes right when they open at 3:30. This Starbucks has outstanding customer service! The place is always clean and friendly!
I’m a handicapped customer. Some mornings I can’t walk very well, and they noticed, so they bring things to me instead of having me walk over to the counter. I really appreciate that!

I usually love this location. Tonight when I came through the service was great but when I opened my latte it was more than an inch below the edge of the cup. I understand leaving a bit of room when a drink has whipped cream but that much space is unacceptable for a $6 12oz drink.

Quite possibly the worst dopio I had ever tasted.
Barista didn’t know what a dopio was to start with.
I asked for a little cream in it too. I’m was the drive through.
The coffee tasted burnt, not like an espresso, no cream.
The service was good. But the team needs to be trained what a good dopio is.

Waited forever. Inside orders not prioritized. 3 people hardly working (standing around) with 1 person overloaded and doing most everything for drivethru and inside also. Longest wait I have ever had at a Starbucks. The people before me must have waited 20 minutes for their drink. They were standing there when I arrive, in the bathroom for along time, went and got my husband, ordered, sat down because knew they were still waiting, then, longtime later, they finally were given their one drink. Probably won’t stop at this one again if this is the norm. Staff did not seem happy.

UPDATE I wrote a glowing review of this location 8 months ago, around the renovatation but unfortunately they have a problem at this store that they have been unable to solve and that problem is a massive amount of fleas. This of course was an issue BEFORE the renovation and it hasn’t changed. I’ve gotten various theories from the baristas as to why, but they don’t know. This company has nearly a 95 billion market cap so I know they can fix this. Cover your drinks if you use a store cup, or you might find a fly on the rim of the cup or in it. I’ve never seen a coffeehouse with such an issue in any store including the other one in Monroe.

Came in for an online order. 6 employees working and not one of them greeted me. I was the only customer in the store that hadn’t been served and yet I waited ten minutes for my order before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Ended up asking for a refund because they hadn’t even started my drink after ten minutes. Terrible service and the Monroe plaza location is a better option if you want good customer service and most importantly if you want to actually receive your drinks in a timely manner. It’s one star because they won’t allow me to do 0 stars.
