I have been to so many different wingstops in VA, NC, FL and this is the BEST wingstop I’ve ever been too. The wings are always consistently good, hot, and fresh here. They have only messed up my order once but they resolved the problem for me no problem at all.

I come to this restaurant regularly, normally when you enter there is no one at the counter, you have to wait to order your order, I don’t want to say the waiting time per order because it would be 1 star.
The wing themselves are very good along with their house sauces, I ordered the one that was “not spicy” surprise, it was spicy, if you are a person sensitive to the slightest, be careful!

I’m writing this because my daughter had a really upsetting experience at this Wingstop. She called in the morning to ask if they could exchange the wings because she didn’t like the flavor. She asked, ‘If I bring the wings back, can I get a different flavor?’ and the girl on the phone responded, ‘Wait, are you serious right now?’ The call was then put on hold, and when she came back, my daughter heard them both laughing—unmuted—just laughing at her. After that, the girl said, ‘No, we don’t do that; you’d have to buy a new set of wings.’ I completely understand if they don’t have a policy for swapping, but it was the dismissive tone, the laughter, and the way she said it that really made this a hurtful experience. I just hope the staff can be more professional next time.

Decent wings but really good seasoned fries. Messed up the dips we ordered but eh…didn’t really use them. Oddly, between Mild, Louisiana and Teriyaki flavors my son and I thought the Mild was the spicier (but the other two were rated higher on menu). Son totally didn’t like the Teriyaki and I thought it just had too much sauce. Mild and Louisiana were good. Place was fairly clean (but some flies…) and service was fast. Prices were decent – had 25 boneless wings special for $17.

7/2025 had a delivery order and paid extra for veggie sticks. Did not receive them! When I called they asked me to come up to the store to get them. Well .. that defeats the purpose of me paying for delivery. Can’t get management to call me or corporate for a refund. What a joke. Steal your money and no accountability.

Wingstop was great and the manager that helped me was great as well! As we sat waiting for our food she was very calm and patient with everyone that came in, especially the kids that were ordering. She took time and explained to everyone who asked about the free things and told them the steps to get it or to save it til next time. She never got frustrated or irritated never rolled her eyes she was just so helpful and calm and mild mannered. I’m going back just to see her cause she was cute too lol! Definitely made me want to come back and visit when I come into town!

Placed an order for 15 wings at 4:38pm. Because they are painfully slow, I thought placing an order while I was still 45 minutes away would give them plenty of time to prep. My confirmation email said 28-33 minutes. I added in a few extra stops before attempting yo get my food, so didn’t arrive until 5:44. At 5:48 I am sitting here writing a review as I continue to wait. This is absolutely terrible!! Ownership needs to come up with an improved process because the wait time has only gotten worse the longer they’ve been open. It’s like they aren’t getting better and working out the kinks as they settle in, they just keep getting worse. Customers inside are always frustrated, and rightfully so, we are tired of waiting over an hour for food!
