I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. We ordered hot Americanos, but the barista was unwelcoming, and one of the beverages was served at room temperature. I returned the drink, and while the staff confirmed the temperature issue and eventually provided a replacement, there was no apology for the mistake or the additional wait time. Given the cold service and lack of accountability, I left feeling quite dissatisfied

I was just wondering how so little people was here.Then, I was screamed at “the line is there sir!!!”…as if I knew. Btw, I was standing next to one of the cash machines you know…where you “usually” place orders.
Go figure, rudeness will scare out customers let me tell you!
In any case, the coffee was good but expensive as usual.

Dropped in for a Kiwi Starfruit drink, it was very refreshing with the triple digit temperatures we’ve been having. The service was friendly, as you would expect from these caffeinated youngsters!
They have courtesy masks on the counter, and some tables are still closed due to restrictions.
The patio is the best! Views of the mountains and adequate shade to enjoy your “for me” time.

Ordered coffee. They never made it waited 20 min almost. Had to leave to get my Lyft ride. What annoys me the most is I tip them $1.75 for my $4.25 coffee that I never received, pathetic

Out of all my Starbucks going experience, this one is always my least favorite location. They are rude and weird and very slow. Today I go to pickup a mobile order and get to the window and she says “do you need a drink carrier?” I said “um, yes, please” and she stood there and stared at me like I did something wrong. It was weird. Probably will stop going to this location.

Tables were closed, due to CoVid, but pick up and drive through was available. Baristas were friendly and super quick. The store was clean, and disposable masks were available at the counter, if we didn’t have one.
We placed a mobile order, which was completed as we walked in. The egg white bites were hot & delicious! I ordered a hot chocolate when we got there, and it was done quickly. It was a little too sweet, but it was okay. They were out of almond milk, but they did have coconut milk which my niece chose instead for her latte. She enjoyed it!
This Starbucks is very easy to get into and out of. Lots of parking in the front and on the side. I like it!

Was very delicious. I recommend using the apps to order. Seems they actually read the order vs at the register. But my strawberry acai was spot on perfect today.
