Until today this was my favorite wing stop in the DMV until today. While I was eating my food with my family I notice something on my chicken at first I thought it was just a piece of plastic and did not care and was still going to eat it; until I noticed that it was hard and to quickly realize in horror that it was a piece of glass. I began to become stressed since I ate half of my food until upon noticing near the end of my meal. I quickly called the store location and was met with anger and threats on that the store has no glass, implying that I was lying. I am not one to do prank class so I was quite frustrated. I am not upset at all I just wanted to warn the staff in case. One would agree that I should be upset yet it was the other way around. I sadly will not come to this location again after this situation. The staff has always been diligent, efficient, and kind until today. I included some pictures and a video (I tapped the glass so you can see it is glass and I am not lying) below if you are curious.

Ordered lunch to-go and, no joke, was one of the best Wingstop orders I’ve had. And I’ve had Wingstop in multiple different states countless amount of times. Had a 10piece bone in, 4pc tender, and 5pc Cajun corn and everything was done perfectly. All wings were good sized and sauced, seasoned, and cooked just right. Cajun corn was super well seasoned too.

Shoutout to the management and staff at this location for having a good establishment. The one in Waldorf needs to take notes diligently cause it’s straight dog water. Will go the extra distance to come to this one.

Placed order say on car and waited til time stated order was ready called they said order was ready nothing was hot and I placed my order while sitting in my car. My fried did not have one whole fry in it it was mostly remainder rubbish pieces from the fryer also sandwhich was missing pickles and was dry as hell nothing like the photos I’ve seen … spent $30 and this is my second time having a bad experience here .. the last time owner suppose to email me a gift card which I never received and I haven’t been back until tonight I randomly decided hey let me give them another chance …. So mad I wasted my money… staff was nice tho just food not up to par the more I think bout this the madder I get

My daughter and I stopped in for a quick dinner while running errands and ordered the Korean and Hot wings. The wings were not crispy at all—soft, rubbery, and disgusting on the outside. Soggy chicken skin is vile, and that’s exactly what we were served. The wings were excessively messy, no wet naps were offered, and the paper packaging was soaked through, which only made the experience worse. The careless packaging made it obvious that quality and presentation were not a priority once the food left the counter.

The overall atmosphere was equally disappointing. Most of the associates appeared disengaged. One employee was adding ice to the drink machine and completely ignored me when I spoke to him. Another female employee was seated at a table working on what appeared to be schedules, yet there was no acknowledgment of guests whatsoever, head down zero ownership. One associate was working the fryer and was clearly busy, which I understand.

The cashier, however, did a great job. I had to ask another employee who walked behind him to slide my bag forward from the many completed carryout orders sitting out on open display which he, the ice guy, ignored reacting to. That raised a serious concern for me: how long were those orders sitting there, and how is food safety and temperature being monitored? At what point does anyone decide food needs to be remade instead of handed off?

This was my second visit, and I only returned because a manager had previously EMAILED me a $5 certificate after an earlier disappointing experience. NO PHONE CALL, NO QUESTIONS, NO GENUINE CONCERN. Nothing has improved.

I attempted to complete the online survey, but the required information was not included on the mobile receipt. If a paper receipt was provided, it went in the trash with the food. That made it unnecessarily difficult to provide feedback.

The fries were the only decent part of the meal, and even those were cold by the time we arrived home.

This has been a repeated and sad disappointment. I am requesting a full refund for giving this location another chance.

Do NOT offer me a gift card or incentive. I’m done and will NOT be back.

Picked up 12/20 5:40pm Clinton location- Used to like coming to this Wingstop but not anymore. Young girl with box braids prepping and bagging food started scratching her scalp and touching her hair while going back to prep orders. I asked the young lady if she could please wash her hands before going back to prep food but she did nothing but get an attitude and try to argue with me while going back to prep orders. I’m not arguing with no one about CLEANLINESS and proper SANITATION. Why do you have a problem with running your hands under some water? She even refused to wear gloves! Ma’am please wash your hands and wear gloves. If not for us, the customers, but for your health and safety as well. It’s disgusting and quite sad to witness workers not wanting to properly sanitize. Hope the young lady learns humility soon and take proper precautions for the future. Til then, I’m good

I placed a delivery order and the order was missing a large order of fries. I called for a refund for the missing fries. The manager flat out refused to refund the order and said I had to come in another day to get the fries. There was also no ability to redeliver the fries. To tell a delivery customer, who paid for delivery, that they need to come in to pick up their order is ridiculous. A simple refund would solve the mistake. But instead you inconvenience the customer! Why is this generation so poor at resolving issues appropriately?

“Wingstop never disappoints! I ordered the mango habanero boneless wings and Louisiana fries, and everything was made fresh and tasted amazing. The wings had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and the fries were seasoned to perfection. Definitely coming back for more!”

This employee is very rude as I came to the pick up counter. This isn’t the first time either but tonight I decided to complain because I spent close to $100 bucks for my family dinner. Was not greeted and I had to ask him is someone working this counter he looked at me as if he was dead I’m not sure but service and wait time is ridiculous at this location.
