Came here to grab a coffee drink with boba. It was typical coffee and the boba is up to standard. Service was quick. Everything is clean. Bathroom doesn’t need to get key from the staffs which is convenient.

Reducing previous 5 star rating from a year ago. 11/24/2025 – In the last month, this location has gone significantly downhill. The expo worker is BEYOND rude, she always tries to jip us out of items we paid for, like drinks and sides, doesn’t seem like she wants to get the item when we mention it’s missing. Very consistently bad service. For reference we’ve been coming here at least 2x a week for the last 2 years straight now. This is awful and needs remediation.

12Aug19. For this to be my first experience at a Jack in the box, it left a lot to be desired. I ordered the $5.99 double cheeseburger meal. When I received the meal, it only had one patty on it. I took it back and the lady told me they were out of the small patties that they put on the doubles and gave me one larger patty to replace mine. If I hadn’t brought it their attention, they wouldn’t have said anything to me. How is that for customer service? The reason they received a 2 star is because not only did I not get the burger I paid for, but the fries were overcooked.

First, the service was awesome! The counter-guy was the best I think I’ve ever talked to at any fast food restaurant – very attentive and helpful.

PARASITE IN MY FOOD
I reallyyyy hope someone sees this before eating here. I came to this Jack in the box a few days ago and I got a taco. I barely bit into it and look at my taco to find a wormy looking parasite thing on the lettuce. I’ll leave the pictures here from the video I got so y’all can see it (I don’t think I can post an actual video under the reviews). Anyway, super gross and I threw up after that because I really didn’t like the idea of ALMOST eating that thing… or maybe I already had… who know?
DO NOT EAT JACK IN THE BOX OR AT THE VERY LEAST PLEASSSSE DON’T EAT AT THIS ONE.

Food is always delicious especially for my cravings late at night… only thing that bugs me is the boy who works the late shift. I understand it’s late but could do better customer service.. I asked multiple times for buttermilk or sauce or even the receipt.

Dined in here. Coming here first impression is alot of the tables are dirty, just need some outside attention. Other than that, WOW. I did not expect to be so surprised about a fast food being so well made or if it’s just bc i been going to Moanalua location (not good). All of my food was HOT yes HOT, they know how to make the wedges here, the burger was so good and literally looked like the pictures, tacos were CRUNCHY and hot not soggy. So so glad i came here at this time today. Thank you for the workers here around 1/2 pm today. Loved it, hit the spot. Would drive here to skip the other location closer to me lol.

I can’t even believe I have to give it ANY stars to write my review! I went to this Jack in the box last night. I got in a line about 9:55pm. Got to the speaker to take my order about 10:20pm and while my spouse was making our order, the lady taking our order seemed like she was rushing us, when the order was completed, she was asking us if there was anything else we wanted and then we heard another lady through the speaker yell at her “No!!! That’s enough!”Didn’t think nothing of it, maybe she was overfilling a soda while taking our order…. When we finally got to the window to pay and pick up our order it was 10:55pm the lady making the drinks was speaking in Filipino not realizing I understand it. She was complaining about our order (4 meals) and why the other lady was asking us if we wanted anything more causing them to work more. Said that we were “HER people ” (her meaning the other lady), complaining about our order and kept on going.. I know the business’s are troubled right now, I mean we are in a pandemic that is causing staff shortage BUT THEN after we left the drive through so the other millions of people could get through to their food after waiting over an hour, She didn’t even give us our right order. We were missing a large fries and a burger…..She was to busy complaining about people and working that she didn’t even give us everything we paid for with no discounts applied along with waiting over 1 whole hour. I didn’t even want to go back at that point, I just finished working a 12 hour day and wanted to just go home. Looks like there is good reviews otherwise, maybe don’t go there at night.
