If I could give this location a zero I would. Their customer service was egregious, which I don’t set the bar anywhere or expected anything than just taking the order. Which never happened at all, I had to order online. And I was completely ignored. One lady asked if I was being helped I said no and it was nothing after that. My daughter is a picky eater and really wanted it, so I ordered it online and I’ll let the picture speak for itself. Even the fries were cold and disgusting. For them to act so busy fulfilling orders and still make everything horribly was unacceptable. I figured at least the food would be good because the customer service was nonexistent.

I ordered there and I do it a lot, but I’ve never got my order fully correct and whenever I call them for a refund, they always say I have to do with the delivery app and they always just give me a five dollar coupon for Uber eats or DoorDash and the workers don’t wear gloves and they don’t wear hairnets and a lot of them have braids and long hair Probably gets in the food. The one nice thing that happened there is when I was there with my friend and they gave my friend a good drink. Some of the workers are good, but I feel like the management isn’t.

Awful location, they missed basically my entire order and the drinks came unsealed. It’s like they just don’t care to put in the effort at all and think we’ll just get a refund. Just know there’s a person waiting an hour for dinner after a long day just for most of the things to not arrive. Wingstop is a game of cards at this point, you never know what you’re going to get and corporate is just letting this happen, do you see the ratings your locations are getting? Every time I open my Wingstop bag I always have to guess if I’m getting what I ordered, which is never the case for any other fast food establishment.

Worst service ever, we respect everyone but some people dont live giving it back. My husband politely asked for his order and waited 30+ minutes until i walk in and confront the front lady and she hands me the order from the table behind and lied to our face that we didnt even ask for it. Need better people working there specifically not dumb young kids who dont respect anyone.

The only reason this place exists is because some sad people are still willing to pay a premium for this garbage. The customer service is aggressively LOUD and SLOW. The food is expensive. You’re buying burnt fries and over salted wings that come out of a frozen bag. Nothing about WINGSTOP is good.

The biggest thing is the workers don’t wear gloves or use hair nets yo prepare food. They are constantly touching their face and body picking up tablets touching each other. The place looks clean but I don’t know how clean their body parts are. The service is slow and not professional. I spent about 20 minutes in the store and it looks like they let the orders stack up until the get to 5 and then they start making stuff. I would recommend not going until they get at the minimum some gloves .

ANOTHER ONE ⭐️ to the collection! I made a large order of wings and veggie sticks and noticed the veggie sticks were missing, the chicken were not tossed properly, resulting in it being under seasoned, bare and a lack of taste. I felt so disappointed because it’s a flavor I like. I couldn’t enjoy so I only eat a few.. the chicken is floating in nothing but oil and fat. I feel like this chain needs to reconsider its business model and try again! Soon it would go under. I wish someone read this and address customers concerns because they have the potential to do better..

I normally never have problems when I order from this Wingstop but of course the day that I am starving and craving wings, my order is wrong. I asked for all flats. I paid for all flats. I still received drums. It may seem like a trivial thing and those reading my review going “it’s not that deep” well that’s your opinion. It’s that deep to me. I don’t like drums, I don’t eat drums therefore I do not order them. If there’s even the slightest chance that I won’t be getting all flats, I simply do not order wings from that place. That’s how much I despise drums. With that being said, if you’re offering the option to choose between the two then it should be honored. I am very disappointed because Wingstop has been one of the only places I know to offer the option of all flats. Guess I have to find a new place now.

Restaurant was dirty with sticky floors and fruit flies everywhere though the don’t serve any kind of fruit. They asked me to sit but no thanks I was watching like a hawk. I watched a woman leave the restaurant bathroom with wet hands and dry them at the counter where they were preparing food to go out. Another woman was eating her fresh fries next to her while prepping. My “large” fries were cold and old. My chicken and fries to took 40 minutes to prepare even though store was basically empty.They were busy talking about their personal lives and cussing. I had to take a picture of the wings with feathers fried hard. It was a terrible experience and will definitely not be back. What an embarrassment and waste of time!
