I went there 07/28/23’ around 6:30pm. It was all new people working there. I stayed away a whole year because it was bad service. People that haven’t been in awhile ,go back. Food is delicious . I had the garlic Parmesan and the lemon herb. The classic I like the bone in them. Enjoyed wings and good service.

I would rate this place a 0! They forgot to give me my drink. The girl up front has 0 customer service skills. I had placed an order online. She didn’t even greet me when I came up to the front. She just asked me if I placed an order online and to come to the window. She didn’t smile. She looked miserable and didn’t even want to be there. I love wing stop but I will not be coming back to this location. You need to teach your employees to smile and say hi to your customers.

Had a craving and was told by family it was good BUT that was not my experience. Ordered wings bone in and boneless… with veggies instead of fries for one of meals and fries with cheese. Ordered in the store, waited and went home about 30 minutes away. Arrived home noticing blue cheese sauce missing, NO veggies , cheese sauce which they claim as a whiz was a spicy orange cheese sauce …very similar to what you get when you order nachos from a roller skating rink…some weird spicy orange cheese. Lastly, the boneless wings were soggy – (no picture) and the bone in were so small with zero taste. Dry tastes better then what they served me here. I hardly had any “mild” – regular sauce” on them. The other is garlic parm. I don’t eat wings often and these tasted so bland, I think they just rolled in an oil or fake butter because they were horrible. The boneless wings my kids ordered went in the trash because they were soggy and tasteless. We waited inside the establishment for about 20 minutes only to be extremely disappointed. I called to let the manager know that the person who packed the bag forgot several items but when I did, the person just kept saying, I’ll talk to you and with no response… and he was not going to get the manager. They charge close to $12 or more for orders and its a complete rip off. For a place that claims to be called WingStop… it should be called StopWings ..meaning Don’t order… .Do no order and waste your money.

The only reason I gave a star was so I could leave a rating. I’ve ordered from this location twice and BOTH times my order was incorrect. I never received fries which I ordered with both my orders on two separate occasions. Everyone working behind the counter is slow as hell, and they don’t know how to read tickets. Don’t waste your money; better wings can be made at home.

Fries were terribly soggy, wings, were bland, flavorless, only thing tasted was the sauce (which was really good). We ordered 3 separate orders of wings, 3 different flavors, all the same outcome, bland. Tenders were better the next day, after I seasoned them up a bit.

Our food was terrific. The customer service is TERRIBLE! That girl they have in the front doesn’t even greet people. When people say “hi” She cuts over them and says “Your name for the order”. I was looking at the menu and she says “you gonna order?” I watched her change the trash, lean backward on the cutting board with her elbows while talking to her co worker, then come right back to the front to take orders without washing her hands. Then she yelled from the front of the store to the back of the store how somebody didn’t change another trash the night before and she’s not doing it either. She answered the phone with the nastiest attitude and kept rolling her eyes while she was speaking to the customer calling in. When she asked if I wanted pickles I asked her to wash her hands first. She claimed she did but I definitely didn’t see her do that. Thankfully the guy in the back did my order. As I was leaving, I saw her getting confrontational with a guy who had been standing there for several minutes without being greeted, because he asked for service. If I thought this was her place, I would never come again. I think if I even saw her at the front again, I would go to a different store since there are other food options right next door. Like I said the food is good. They just need to be more selective about who runs the front
