I placed my order online, which was supposed to include 2 large fries; however, they substituted it with something else. When I called to inform them, the assistance I received was inadequate, and the individual I spoke with claimed to be the owner. I will not return to this establishment. This was my first experience ordering from this location. My children frequently order from here, and they have mentioned that this place consistently makes mistakes with their orders. The owner is not very accommodating.

This location can’t seem to get it together. I ordered carryout and there were barely any fries in the oder. Now, this go-around, I ordered with Doordash and was given someone else’s order. I don’t know who’s at fault, but just disappointing. The wings were all flats with two different flavors. I don’t mind the flats, just wasn’t what I ordered. I ended up calling Doordash and received a refund.

Came in here one night and just was craving some chicken wings. It was only about four people in there working at the time, I seen a lot of complaints talking about the french fries. I did order fries with the meals that I purchased. They were a bit soggy, but they did taste very well. I believe it’s because they’re putting a lot in the basket. Maybe next time I would ask if they could cook the fries a little longer so they won’t be soft. The food tasted as I expected it. It was the first time I ordered chicken tenders and I was glad they didn’t have a lot of breading caked up on the chicken. The only thing I didn’t like was that you couldn’t purchase the stuff à la cart and it all had to be in a combo. Being from down south there are certain Wingstopd that you can order just the wings or chicken tenders by themselves.

I worked 10 hours. All I want is wingstop. All I want is Wingstop. Drive… Haha. Watch the video. First time at this new Wingstop and we weren’t disappointed. We had the dry rub wings, they were very crispy and tender on the inside. Cooked perfectly. The inside was nice with plenty of tables to eat there. I recommend checking it out if you like wings and chicken sandwiches. Fries were delicious as well. I definitely will be back to try other items on the menu. I’ve been coming to the Wingstop in Burlington since they first opened, and they’ve consistently delivered great food and even better service. Today was National Chicken Wing Day, and the place was absolutely packed with people taking advantage of the promotion. Despite the rush, the staff handled the chaos with kindness, patience, and professionalism. The manager, in particular, stood out-making sure things ran as smoothly as possible and that every customer felt seen and taken care of. Even with some delays (understandable given how busy it was), the team made the process of ordering and picking up food clear and efficient. Their communication and attentiveness really helped keep the energy positive.

So this happen to me yesterday after visiting the chicken coop bc no way this is wing stop. I waited 10-15 minutes extremely hungry so I ordered a 6 piece that looks like crumbs. To even consider that this was a fair portion and drop it in the fryer was crazy to get all the way home than noticed this mess. I called them complaining about the sizes and never received any type of apology which I would of been okay with so I asked for the manager so the rude color girl said I am the manager and that I should come back and show her my complaint. I said I can’t come back now it’s not possible than she replied well that’s the only way I can help you in a very rude way than hung the phone up on me. I was so confused to why she was mad more than myself as if she had spent her hard working money which is why I asked to speak to a manager because she didn’t have NOOO professionalism about her at all & kept hanging up on me when asked her name. I was going to add her name to the review but she refused to give it to me over the phone and kept hanging up every time I would call back. Finally after 20 missed calls she answered and I said I asked for your name why would you hang up?? She goes my boss said I don’t have to give my name if I’m not comfortable. I said I asked to speak your boss before you got extra rude but you said he wasn’t in ONLY comes in to help out. This person was acting like a child so bad over the phone and didn’t have any management skills. She than proceeded to curse at me and hang the phone up again. If I could of went back up there in that heat of the moment it would have been uglier in their. The condiment area was full of trash along with the customer service. I have had a six piece but nothing like what’s in this photo and the ranch dipping tasted like it was watered down. Go at your own risk!

Craig, the general manager, might be one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. We had only been waiting a short time when he came over, apologized for the delay, and generously gave us a full refund—while still bringing us our food. Everything came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Also, a big shoutout to Tyrique who took our order—he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Outstanding customer service all around!

The wings are generally tasty but every time the wait gets longer and longer. They may just be incapable of keeping up with their demand or more likely the location is severely incompetent. This last time was over 2 hours! Not going to order from this wingstop (maybe any) again.
