I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I was denied access to the restroom simply because I hadn’t made a purchase, which felt unreasonable and discriminatory. The staff member a European woman was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. She was on her phone while attempting to assist customers, showing a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy. Given the poor treatment and the apparent lack of respect for customers, I would not recommend this establishment, especially considering the low compensation for the job. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and disrespectful.

I visited Grenada location.Several people came in at one time. The sever took my order and before compeleting my order . She start on the customer behide me. This cause flyes to laid on my food several time. I informed her of it. She wrap it up and put and brought it back out stating the other young lady refix it . I pull her to the side asked her tell the true. She was not aware that I relized she was lying.

I placed my order online for the veggie delight, everything, no jalapeño and extra black olive. They have skimped on the veggies and have definitely not gotten the extra black olives. This location doesn’t honor coupons either. I guess next time I will stand in line and tell them to put more lettuce, more spinach, more, more, more. When all I order is veggie, I would appreciate an ample amount of veggie! Lesson learned, stand in line to order to supervise the making of the sandwich!

We went through the drive through. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. Ok the price was a dollar higher than the price on menu board. I complained about. The girl at window left window and came back and told me they were letting me have at the lower price. I said thank you . But they paid me back for complaining. Next to no meat, three small chunks of peppers, three slices of onions and NO CHEESE at all on a foot long. Asked for toasted. They didn’t toast it either . This was a first time going through the drive through. Plus they refused to honor the coupons we had. Doubt I’ll go back soon if ever.

She was informative, talkative, polite, and engaging by not only showing me how to put my rewards number in, to get my points, but to also inform me on how to eat the Homestyle Chicken Salad Wrap! First time trying them since the move and it was horrible. I got the steak and cheese and the steak had the texture and taste more like tuna, it ended up in the garbage. We ate at the old store on several occasions and it was petty good so I may give it 1 more try but not with the steak and cheese.
UPDATE:
My husband and I gave them 1 more try and we will be going back. The sandwiches were great, some things we like a lot of like black olives and they loaded us up, if we said a little that is what we got. We were both very pleased with our order. He had the club and I had the sweet onion chicken teriyaki.

Loving the new Subway! The restaurant and the restrooms were very clean and well-attended. Food was standard for a Subway; everything looked and tasted fresh. Chatted with the owner for a moment, she was friendly and obviously wanted us to have a good experience.

Even though there was a line while we visited, the wait was not long and we had our food in hand in less than 5 minutes.

I requested that my dressing be put in a cup on the side. I was told by the cashier that the manager didn’t allow this (the cashier was the manager). I repeated my request four times and was given the same answer. My husband told her we were leaving our order that had already been prepared on the counter if she didn’t put my dressing in a cup. She said it was the last time she would do this. I told her it was indeed the last time because I wouldn’t be back. Pitiful customer service by the manager.
