After playing several excruciating hours of softball in humidity and the beaming sun all I wanted was some boneless buffalo wings. I called Wingstop to place an order for pick up. When they asked me what sauce I wanted on my wings I said “buffalo sauce.” The lady on the phone sounded confused as if she’s never heard of such a thing. She then told me that they DID NOT HAVE BUFFALO SAUCE. Dumbfounded. This can’t be…there’s no way a Wingstop does not have the most standard sauce that one puts on wings. Out of hunger and curiosity I show up to the Wingstop in person. The same lady I spoke on the phone with is at the register. She knew it was me and told me that she spoke to her manager and the buffalo sauce was called mild. Uhm okay…I order mild. I get in the car drooling over the thought of buffalo chicken after a long hard day of work. I open up it up and to my surprise it was not buffalo sauce. Well okay maybe it’s still good…I put the chicken in my mouth and it tastes like pure butter. No seasoning, no kick, just butter. Now listen, i’m white and I can season chicken better than that. Absolutely disgusting. Now I’ve been to this location once before and they got my order right the first time. Try your luck at your own risk.

I was so excited to try the chicken sandwich once it came out – you have the option to choose a flavor. Its a meal so chciken sandwich fries and a drink. I had the mild chicken sandwich and may I tell you ..it was very good and for the first time I tried their nacho cheese with the fries and sandwich .. amazing.

Not too happy. The soda machine was out of almost everything when we got there, even though it was over an hour after opening. I ordered a garlic parmesan chicken sandwich. There was ZERO garlic flavor. Lastly, both trays that our food was served on, were extremely sticky! It was pretty disgusting.

Ordered spicy Korean and lemon pepper chicken sandwich and both sandwich were absolutely disgusting. Order took exactly 32 minutes to prepare which is ridiculous for a fast food chain. Spicy Korean sandwich was soggy and tasted like old chicken. Lemon pepper sandwich was hard and dry.

Absolutely unacceptable! Placed an order at 5:50 Super Bowl Sunday. I was told it would be an hour and I would be notified by text. After an hour and 15 minutes i call and they said it was ready. Arrive at the store they tell me the order never went through. I’ve supported this store since they opened, NO MORE !!! I rather go out of my way to a different location then to deal with incompetence. And on top of it all the clerk seemed to have thought it was funny!!!! Hope this location goes belly up!!!

Honestly the food is good but my Host name Beatrice gave me a bad vibe as soon as I walked in. she looked very bothered and not welcoming. She didn’t smile and looked unhappy. She was taking my order while being on instagram . Sorry but Custumer service was no good!
