Found an absolute gem that more than lives up to the great reviews!
Started with the Leche de Tigre which was super fresh, flavorful, and spiced perfectly. Might be the best of the last 5 years. GET IT!
Saltado was well prepared, packed with flavor, and well seasoned. Was not oversalted like some other places. Very well done!
Traditional Chicha Morada is made in house, no powder. It is has a complex spice blend where you will pick up different flavors with each sip. Nice, fruity, and not oversweetened.
As if that wasn’t enough . . . finished with flan & alfajores.
Service was top shelf. Way more like family than a customer – even though this was my first time. Spectacular!

My cousin always wanted to try a Peruvian restaurant and so did we, being that it was her birthday, we surprised her by coming to Inca Fusion. I have never been treated the way we were treated at a restaurant before, they were exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s home.
Luis (later found out he’s the owner), and our waitress, Nicole, went above and beyond. They shared recommendations, explained the history behind the dishes, and even told us how everything was made. They were incredibly attentive without ever being overwhelming. Their energy made my cousin’s birthday extra special.
It honestly felt like dining with family. We left planning our next visit and can’t wait to bring our moms with us. I cannot rave enough about this place! Phenomenal service, delicious food, tasty drinks and genuine warmth. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a meal, but an experience.

This place was in my must go next time im in arizona and well today was the day and it did not dussapoint the food was delicious the restaurant was supper clean the staff supper friendlly and helpfull we was verry impressed . we order the japapeños the lomo saltado and my girl order hers with 2 sunny side up eggs on it and damm it supper delicious.. the chicha was on point and the green salsa mann that was really good so yes it is a defenetlly a must return again next time we come back. thank you guys you guys doing it right love it… follow me on instagram @bearlocstarr1

This place was highly suggested by one of my doctors, so four us ate here this evening. Called ahead for 4:125 reservations and we were seated immediately upon arrival. Service was excellent, owner explained a lot about the menu, so we all ate different dishes and went home with doggie bags, wow, lots of food. The poppers were fantastic and the dessert was superb. All 4 of us highly recommend eating here to enjoy the great food and service. All the food is cooked fresh and is very tasty. Check out the dessert pic.

I wanted something new for my birthday and I came across this place. As soon as we entered we were welcomed with a smile. I forgot to ask the name of the man that waited on us but he is amazing he explained so much about Peruvian dishes and even gave us some recommendations. I had a Peruvian drink which he explained was good to lower cholesterol and sugars which I liked since I’m into drinks that are not sweet. Then I had the Yuka for appetizer and I loved it the sauce paired very well with it. For my main meal I went with Bandeja Paisa which was a little bit of everything and I did like the flavors of everything I got, the sausage was different not what am used to but was tasty. The food portions was worth what I paid for and to top it up I got a birthday flan which I appreciated.
This place has definitely won me over and I am interested in trying more dishes.
Note: He did say that they make there own pesto from scratch and they don’t use any canned foods and make it fresh everyday.
