Great service. Great food. Pretty big portions! They don’t hound you like some places. Appetizer came out quick and hot. Their ranch is SOOOO good. Good music selection. Was able to find a nice spot to sit as well.

Food was fantastic, we get the nachos with parm garlic sauce, and its amazing every time.
Chill bar vibes, decent music.
Servers were short staffed with only 2 but they were running the tables non stop. Got refills and sides as needed. They were working nonstop. Fantastic service.

First time we’ve been back in five years the last time we were there, they didn’t know how to cook their chicken and that’s all they do. Today the chicken was the best I’ve ever had. Chicken wrap was good and the service was excellent. My beer Stella Artois was 650 per draft though quite more than I thought.

Flaws in the online ordering system. I placed an online order around 11:00 am for pick up at 4:45 pm for NYE. When my son went to pick up our order, there was only a sign on the door saying they closed at 4 pm for the holiday. I’m not sure why the system allowed me to place an order at a time that they would be closed, also since my order included my phone number, I’m not sure why I did not receive a phone call to ask if I wanted to change my pick up time since they had my order several hours in advance. Also Google maps indicated they were open until 8 pm. I did receive a full refund, but some improvements are needed for holiday ordering online. I had also called the day prior to ask how soon in advance I would need to order, I was told the day of would be fine, but was not told that you would be closing early. Definitely some missed customer service opportunities.

Waited 40 minutes to watch 2 other groups walk in front of us and get seated. First time ever we had to walk out for terrible service and management! 11 of us drove from Battle Creek for terrible service!! Sure hope the management figures it out

Wings were good, sauces were good, everyone enjoyed their food, beer cheese was very good. Staff were friendly and quick. Place has a lot of TVs and a few arcade games inside. Bathrooms were clean.
