Today at the Subway on sunset in Springdale the woman at the counter was outstanding if I have never given a Google review before but her customer service was so great that it inspired me to do this for the first time, she was kind, very informative and knowledgeable about the sandwiches, and patient with me even after I did not know what I wanted whoever hired her and trained her has a great judge of character she made my sandwich to perfection the vegetables were crisp and fresh and absolutely delicious, not to mention the presentation of the sandwich was divine. That was definitely worth the money. I did ask her name I don’t know if she would feel comfortable with me posting it on the Google but I will tell you it started with a c. ….. Thank you for the great sandwich today

The gentleman in there was great nice and kind. The older lady there she just had no urgency to get to the other customers online order from what it sounded like she was talking on the phone not sure. But I had asked about a sauce and she just said no we don’t have it and won’t get it back. Well okay, didn’t seem like she really wanted to be there kinda had an attitude the whole time she helped me.

They did not have the item that I ordered. They still proceeded to make the sandwich with different items that were not in the order. I asked if they had the items and she stated no she just made it on something different. I asked why she would Make the sandwich with something that I did not order and then not even state that she didn’t have it when I came to pick up the order. Her excuse was management states that we can go ahead and switch out the items without telling because it’s close enough to what you ordered. But it’s not what I ordered. Another excuse that she kept providing what she was not properly trained. Then why are you working by yourself?

EDIT ADDED: I went back in 2 weeks later to see why I hadn’t gotten a refund. They gave me a gift card for my refund plus $10 for the trouble. There was also an apology.
On May 30th I ordered a pickup order from the Subway located at 2576 W. Sunset Suite B in Springdale, AR. When I arrived the young man working the counter placed his finger up at me as if to say “one minute” without so much as a greeting. He was working on sandwiches for the 2 people at the counter. He eventually asked me what I needed and I stated that I was there to pickup the order placed for Amber. About that time 6-7 other people came in and proceeded to get in line. At that time he told everyone that he didn’t have enough bread to serve everyone and that it would be 30+ minutes, so they could either leave or wait. At that time, I asked if my order was done, he said “no”, so I inquired to see if it was started, he again said “no”. I asked him to cancel it and he said it can’t be cancelled. I then stated that I placed the order over 40 minutes ago and that I couldn’t wait. At that time he slammed the knife down on the counter and yelled at me “Lady, I’m a little busy.” After that, several people left just at the fact that his behavior was ridiculous. I want a full refund. I didn’t get any of the food I paid for. I’ve put in a complaint online and I’ve heard nothing back. He said he was going to cancel as I walked out, but guess what, the $40+ processed and I’ve not received any type of refund. Never got any food.

My husband got a sub from here just now and it literally had two pieces of meat on the sandwich. Very disappointed. Subway never does that if you go inside but if you order online, they make it wrong? I called the store to express how insane it was that they thought the sandwich was acceptable to give out but no one answered. Do better!

Went here a few weeks ago, and one of the workers talked about how the last person who ordered left a big tip while I was paying. The most recent time I went, I explained multiple times what I wanted on my sandwich and the worker still got my order wrong (claimed that the vinaigrette I wanted “didn’t exist” even though it was on the menu, and when I pointed it out he just put a random sauce on my sandwich and claimed it was right).

Other than that, it’s just another normal subway. I used to go here out of convenience but at this point it’s really not worth it.

Had trouble using the online platform to place my order, but when I explained to the gentleman that was working what had happened, he was more than happy to make it right. He went the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction. I wish I had his name. He works at the Subway on Sunset Ave. THANK YOU FOR GREAT FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. MUCH APPRECIATED.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Yesterday my client had a friend go to subway and 2 of the 3 sandwiches were made wrong. She paid $14.00 for it and is on SSI and disability and doesn’t have money to spend on food she won’t eat. I called to advocate for my clients and unless we have the receipt we can’t do anything for example we can’t get it remade or refunded.
I gave 0 starts for food and service because the food was wrong and they were unwilling to remake it without the receipt and as I said it was my clients friend who paid she never got a receipt. They ordered as a group and they live in section 8 it’s just really an unfair position and situation for her when all she really wants is the sandwich she ordered yesterday that was wrong.
