This is the second bad experience I’ve had with a Bojangles. There was a man standing in front of me, so I asked if he had ordered yet. He said no — he’d been waiting for quite a while.
We both stood there while one employee went back and forth helping with an Uber Eats pickup and completely ignored us. After waiting far too long with no acknowledgment, I gave up and left. I went across the street to Dunkin’ Donuts instead.

I go to this Bojangles all the time. Today, I went and had my first negative interaction with an employee. I called back shortly after to let a manager know, and they handled it very well and made the situation right. The lady that handled it was so sweet and professional. I meant to ask her name to mention here, but she deserves a raise! It was Sept 8 at 4pm, and I hope she knows she made my day. The situation was very well handled and this Bojangles still is doing great work!

10 people deep in line. Took me 35 mins to order. People just dont want to work. No one tried to help the girl running the front register to get her through the lunch rush. Management was not even visible. Whoever is in charge there should be fired. I hope they can recover so they dont loose jobs. I won’t be back

For a while this place was filthy and understaffed. The AI ordering thing in the drive thru is horrible. They still have the robot ordering but the food was good and the dining room was clean last time I went.

First time at Bojangles in YEARS. Definitely not how I remember it. The chicken is obviously processed now and reminds me of a Tyson chicken strip.. not now it used to be.

Why is the rating 4.1 when the chicken is not fully cooked, the fries are dry as if they were microwaved. I ordered a #14 (breast and wing).. the breast was not fully cooked (it had liquid in it) and the wing tasted old.
I brought it back and they said it was the cajun seasoning that made it look that color even after I said it was liquid. So I took it back and tried calling corporate but they only had a recording saying to go onto their website.
I came here because of the rating. I read the most of Amazon’s reviews were fake. I guess it’s the same for Bojangles. Except for the one in Morristown (2280 W Andrew Johnson Hwy). We have eaten there twice and the food was impeccable. So if you want good Bojangles the place to go is in Morristown.
