Terrible. We came in 3/05/26 and this review is being posted the next morning. We arrived at 5 PM and it ended up being a 2 hour and 15 minute ordeal. We were the only ones there minus 2 or 3 two tops. But the only table in our section at the time for sure. Our server was new and tried his best granted although nothing came out correctly or even remotely on time. The manager at the time, Nevada, took over and ran our order from there on out but was less than helpful and frankly rather rude. 3 out of 7 items came out close to correct. The salad had no dressing and the beer cheese tenders had no beer cheese. Everything else came out wrong or missing food. One person at our table never got their food until we decided to just box it up and leave, another person at our table only got half their wings. We asked our server multiple times to speak with Nevada, only for her to walk past our table 3 times, looked directly at us and proceed to walk away and when eventually confronted about the situation was met with hostility and a backhanded comment of “doing this for 20 years” despite being 35 at the oldest. There were tables that had sat down long after us, some of them similar size, that had gotten their food way faster than us despite “only having 2 people in the kitchen” Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from Nevada. Not the kind of temperament I would want in someone dealing with the public day in and day out. Quite unfortunate for this location…

The food was good, especially the sauces. The atmosphere is ok, but 7 of the 10 televisions I could see were showing some indoor golf program. The service was decent, at first, but then our server was assigned to a big group and we were non-existent. Not really her fault, but someone else should have been assigned to us as we are paying customers as well. We will give it another try.

Whitney was exceptional as she cared for our party, my grandson’s birthday party, 13 completely by herself and we never wanted for a single thing.
The restaurant was clean, inviting and Santa( a very nice one)was inside for kids of all ages.
The food was hot, fresh and seasoned well.
The price was good as well.
A boon for the Shelbyville area and I-64 traveler.

We took a small group to see the local college football games at this establishment. Right away at the door met with terrible attitudes. Then filthy floors, tables so uneven they had to be switched. Then asked “what are you doing” while doing so with constant attitudes. Then asked if there were any game day specials, no then immediately “what do you want”? Top it off no idea how to get tvs on the right station. 5 out of 5 totally bad experience. Final time we’ll be at this establishment. Went to another restaurant to spend nearly $300 and had a nice time. It is a really simple process that is too difficult for wings and rings. Hope you find a better experience but I do not recommend them.

Love coming to this place. They have plenty of TVs and good food. Bartenders are excellent. The only complaint I have is they are not able to get sports on ESPN app or SEC plus channel. They do have the NFL package but for those internet games we are going to have to go somewhere else

If you get traditional wings, they will not coat your chicken with the wet or dry rub. They never actually TOSS the chicken. They just toss the rub on, not rotating it to evenly coat the chicken. I would be more understanding if this was a burger joint that sold wings. But it’s literally a wings place and they don’t toss their wings. The salads are fairly tasty from what I’ve had.

Stopped by to grab a quick dinner to go. We recently moved to Shelby county and were excited about the potential but was highly disappointed with food and service. First I think most of the issue is the to go girl was not trained properly. We tried to order from the menu and she couldn’t figure it out so she went to the back and grabbed another employee that helped guide her through so we felt bad and was pretty easy when wording. We made it as simple as we could for her. We order the 37.99 meal and only ordered 2 different sauces instead of 4. We ordered sides and waited patiently at the bar. We noticed that our receipt was a bit over priced when we ordered a 37.99 deal. So after tax should have been about $40 but for some reason it was $50…we tried to ask our girl why and she just said let me go ask but never clarified. I assumed she just charged for a tip in advance but not even sure now. Got home and our sides are not right and the wings are mid.

good food but the servers are completely inappropriate in all honestly, one gave my boyfriend her number on a note and when i informed the manager about this she proceeded to say that im overreacting and rushed us out and proceeded to get rude. if i were to write my name and number on a check at my job, i would INSTANTLY be fired because of how inappropriate it is. insane behavior. when i proceeded to text the number, she then proceeded to tell me im weird and that i have no right to call her manager. since the manager wouldn’t hear me out, im hoping someone else will!
