Long time customer and absolutely love their pizza. Just recently ordered and the time to pick up was 10 minutes versus what usually is 30 minutes. I thought that was fantastic but when I got there, there was a new pizza oven. What they used to use was a deck style oven and now there is a conveyor style. Overall, the pizza was still very good but it seems like the quality went down a bit with the new style oven. can’t wait to order again and see if I’m wrong. Overall still very delicious but really liked the other style of cooking.

I have eaten Possom Holler for years, YEARS, but today I have to say they have dissapointed me beyond measure. We ordered a medium piza: 16.75. This is NOT a medium. This is a small. The woman who delivered it assured us it was a 12 in medium pizza. Well, measuring tape says it and its box are only 11 inches. I get that food costs are rising, but selling your small pizza as a medium and charging that much for it is absurd.

Food is the best. The people are rude. I was ordering at least once a week. Sometimes twice. Food was always good. One night I ordered my normal order. I get a pizza spaghetti and the spaghetti comes with salad. Well that’s all my 5 yr old can eat. This day they forgot my bag with salad side of banana peppers and 4 packs of ranch. Let me just say it was not the money value it was my baby crying. I called and of course they were rude. No one could bring it out for a hour or more. So yes I was mad but was trying to be nice. I told them nevermind kids would be asleep by then so they said they would give a credit. When I went to order the other day no credit then the kid who answered was laughing . Contact manager and they just play it off as I was being petty. But when u order u expect to get what u ordered big or small. I will miss the pizza but won’t support a rude small business. I been ordering possum holler for 20plus years.

Customer service was great and prices are very reasonable; however, food was just ok. The dough was the best part of the pizza. Sauce has an odd funk that makes it slightly unappetizing. The garlic bread with cheese had a good amount of cheese but was very bland. Biggest complaint is the usage of can mushrooms.

We have been a regular customer of Possum Holler over the years and it’s still gotta be one of our favorite mom and pop shop pizzas! The pizza is occasionally overcooked or undercooked but it’s usually right on the money! The real value is in the toppings to crust ratio! It’s perfect! the crust is slightly crunchy with a nice chew and the sauce has a solid flavor as well. The cheese is full flavored and the toppings never get skimped on! There are pies out there where you’ll spend a lot more on a lot less…this is not that pie! Highly recommended

Long time customer going back to the 80’s 3 different locations from Groveport,Obetz,and now Reese/Obetz. I ordered a takeout by phone for my son and I. 1 meatball sub for my son and 1 small veggie pizza for myself. To my surprise the menu prices online are not correct or even close. 24 dollars for a pickup order, wow!!! Lost my business today for sure even though the food was good definitely not worth that for such a small order. So to add to the owners rude replies not only to my review but everyone that doesn’t say how great and wonderful everything is with his business. You haven’t owned the pizza shop all that long. It was opened and owned by the Ryan family. Not sure how long your dilapidated current location has been in use but was just saying I was a customer from the time I was a kid in Groveport and also when it was next to alum creek carry out attracted to the bar. Ooh you didn’t own it then so you may have not know. Your prices are extremely high now and you can make all the rude comments you like. 15 dollars for a small veggie pizza and 9 dollars for a meatball sub. Really??? I’m all for local businesses as long as the business is for the community and there customers. You are neither. Good luck

I’ve been here before for the chilli dogs and they where pretty good. Decided to try some pizza and wings from this spot also. The pizza was packed full of toppings however a small is 14.50 the taste wasn’t worth the price tag. Pizza lacks flavor. The wings are the worst wings I’ve ever had they weren’t edible. Chilli dogs still good.

We used to order Possum Holler pretty regularly, not so much anymore…maybe 4 times or less a year. We’ve never had an issue until tonight. We paid $21.00 for the meats pizza and it was burnt. The bacon was charred black pieces and the sides of the pizza were black as well. I called in to speak with a manager and she admitted their oven isn’t working properly and cooking hotter than normal. After the explanation, she was going to get off the phone with an I’m sorry. I asked for our money back and her solution was to remake the pizza in a broken oven or to give us a credit. I let her know we really don’t order from them enough for a credit. She said no to the refund so we are just out $21.00. Stellar customer service.
