Service and atmosphere are great. Love the design and how friendly the staff are. However, I was there with the opening and I remember there being all these ice cream options, even weird ones like corn flavored ice cream, and dairy free options for lactose intolerant people. Now, there is only soft served ice cream. They are more focused on drinks and hot food/pasteries/baked goods then they are on the ice cream aspect, which is what they intended to open to be. They do have good energy drinks. But otherwise I feel like they got too wrapped up in the flow, and lost their true origins of being a very cool, fun, ice cream shop in pana. (P.s. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and they forgot about it in the back , I waited thirty whole minutes in order to get a sandwich that wasnt burnt to a char.)

The Baristas are extremely friendly! I always get amazing service when I’m there! This is by far the best coffee/ice-cream place in the area! The employees and owners especially make it worth while, no where else in the area do you get such amazing service!

While visiting family in the area, we stopped by and fell in love with this place. The story is awesome and so is the coffee and ice cream. The staff was very friendly and we loved the ambiance of the shop. Will visit again when back in town.

Scooped is an adorable ice cream/ coffee shop. We had Carmel ice cream and lemon that was delicious. Coffee and Carmel Latte great as well, but oh the chocolate chip cookie! My husband ate one then had to buy another! He gave it a rating of 11. The servers were very nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

Scoopd is hands down mine and my boyfriend’s favorite place to stop when we’re in Pana — and that’s saying something, because he is SO picky about his coffee. But these gals get it right every single time. It leaves a smile on both our faces ☕
I always get a hot vanilla latte, and it’s perfectly made every time — smooth, rich, and just the right amount of sweet. Samuel usually orders a drip coffee with cream and sugar and they nail it exactly how he likes it. That alone makes Scoopd a gem in our book.
The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, with friendly, smiling staff who are always ready for your order. Service is fast, and we’ve never had to wait long — they’re on top of it!
They’ve got a great variety of treats too — pastries, cookies, food… you name it, they probably have it. I haven’t tried their food just yet, but I keep hearing how delicious it is, and I’m excited to change that soon
Also, can we talk about the building itself? It’s so unique, it looks similar to the Fallout Red Rocket gas station (one of my favorite video games) and the setup is great — with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We usually grab our coffees and chat for a while — it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the moment.

Used to be 5 stars. Always loved the hand dipped ice cream flavors but unfortunately now they are only going to have soft serve. Pana already has a DQ.

Was a 5 star but now we took the kiddos to go get some ice cream to find out they only have soft served ice cream like DQ , why keep the name scooped because you dont have your amazing scooped ice cream that we are sad to see gone. The cashiers girls talked amongst each other but did not interact with us. Sad
