I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish. The food took way longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, it just wasn’t good. The flavors were bland, the rice tasted old, and the chicken was dry and overcooked. On top of that, the order wasn’t even correct.
Customer service didn’t make it any better — it felt rushed, and when I tried to mention the issues, I wasn’t taken seriously. For the price, I expected way better quality and care. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back

Ordered lunch special here today. Fried wings with shrimp fried rice. The wings were soggy and under cooked. The shrimp fried rice was so dark and had maybe 5 “tiny” shrimps. Totally unappetizing meal. I gave the owner a chance to make it right. I asked if I could take it back and they remake it. She told me no and was very combative. Then she said she could put my wings back in the fryer…I had already gotten home and started to eat one. I told her that it was unsanitary for her to drop wings that had been to someone’s house and had been handled. She ended up hanging up on me and said she would lose money if she made my order over. I’ve been ordering from here for about 4 years. Im not exaggerating but in total shock and disgust with how this was handled.

In the past this little Chinese restaurant had pretty decent food. I went there today after about 3 years or so and I am very unhappy with what I received. First they charge a $1.50 charge for placing an order online. I ordered the lunch chicken wing platter and I only received 3 very hard wings and rice on one side of the platter. This came to $9.01 which is a rip off considering several other places give 4 wings and fill up the platter.
I will not come here again even though the service I received from the man was okay.
Furthermore, while I was eating, I found a tiny black hair. I do not know if they wore gloves and hair nets because they prepare the food away from patron eyes.

Do not ever order from this place they refuse to give you your money back when their food is not cooked. I tried to resolve it with the manager and was hung up on twice went up there with our food to show it wasn’t cooked and told that there are small business so they don’t do refunds they will make us new food. I told her I didn’t want new food I wanted my money so she proceeded to tell me we can never order from them again, which we will not be ever ordering from there again! IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!

Best Fried Rice! It’s actually fried…not yellow rice! The fried rice is old school! This yellow rice crap has conditioned people into thinking that’s fried rice and it’s not! The general tos chicken is amazing! The Sesame chicken is crazy good! They literally give you two fresh chicken breasts. Especially if you get the white meat version. The Mongolian Beef is probably one of the most tastiest and tender beef you’ve ever tried! This is our go to spot for Chinese, it’s a little pricey but Real Chinese isn’t cheap! You actually get quality here. The Lo Mein & Singapore Noodles are also amazing!!! I don’t know what most of these other reviewers are expecting but maybe their used to the slop houses lol.

After multiple occurrences with my order I am done! Ordered broccoli and shrimp the shrimp was old. Immediately returned order. When address the female Manger she was rude argumentative and confrontational. Refused to remake order. The issue was finally reconciled with her husband male manger as he gave me a refund. His attitude keep me giving my business. I notice she only carries this nasty attitude and energy with certain customers of darker shade. My final straw was an order that had nuts on it. There was nothing displayed prior to let me know it had nuts so I received the order I politely let her know I was severely allergic to nuts. She refused to remake order saying all she could do was sort nuts out of the order. When I asked to have a cheaper order of basic shrimp fried rice she refused. My order was $14.95 plus extra shrimp and veggies $23. I asked for a refund she refused. I AM DONE! After countless yrs of support I and my Family will no longer support this establishment.

If you like your Chinese Food hot, fresh with lots of meat and veggies, then this is the best spot to go to. I don’t know what these bad reviews were for. I’ve been ordering here for YEARS and NEVER had a bad experience or bad food. Pick up or delivery is always faster than expected, but more importantly..the FOOD RULES!
