Scored two breakfast burritos this time around. I’ve also had the eggs Benedict and been really pleased. I just appreciate how low key the restaurant is and how accommodating the staff can be. Plus, the wide landscape views from the windows here on the tarmac are unparalleled compared to standard breakfast joints!

Prefect place to grab some great pie while waiting for flight.

Get the pie! This restaurant is tucked into the corner of Sitka’s airport. It has a diner atmosphere and is perfect for passing the time while waiting for your flight. Prices are reasonable and staff was friendly and quick Get the pie!!! It was awesome! I got the blackberry, rhubarb, and strawberry pie with ice cream. It was delicious and was a delicious way to close out my trip to Sitka.

The Nugget hasn’t changed much in the last 40 or so years and thats just the way I like it. Food was reasonably priced and the portions were good. Its one of the best places in town for a classic style breakfast. They are also famous for their pies. The pies all look homemade; unfortunately i did not sample one.
