Ranch to Table and a whole a whole lot more. What started as a ranch raising cattle in a humane and sustainable way right here in Missouri now has a butcher and restaurant so you can experience the freshest and best tasting food right from the ranch. They also have an amazing market curating great tasting local foods from our regions best entrepreneurs. It is incredibly hard to choose what to order off the menu from the famous Reuben from their original Kohn’s, Steak sandwiches and what I think is there hero of them all the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. This is the real deal. This cutlet is HUGE and the photo is real. The most amazing thing was every single bit was crunchy! Whoa!! The bakery is also amazing and for those of you who may not be meat eaters they carry Harvest Shreds plant protein as a Korean Style plant based sandwich for those in your party looking for great tasting vegan/vegetarian options. Pierce Creek is also one of the few places in town selling Harvest Shreds in bulk in the freezer section. They are now open for breakfast lunch and dinner and the space is full of windows and sun. Great outdoor seating with heat lamps. Be sure to check this place out. I am going back and only hope I can convince myself to try something else on the menu but that Pork Cutlet is calling me.

I ordered the Moobile which is a double smash patty with American cheese on a toasted potato bun plus the Tallow fries with a side of bourbon bbq and garlic mayo dipping sauces. After you order at the deli counter they will give you a number to place on your table. The burger and fries were served piping hot. Thank you! I really enjoyed the double smash cheeseburger. Nice flavors, cooked perfectly. The tallow fries and dipping sauces were tasty. This place is very interesting. Besides the restaurant they also have a meet freezer and bakery. I struggle with finding quality skirt steak for making beef fajitas. I’m going to try their skirt steak. The vibe is fun and friendly.

Pierce Creek on Old Olive Rd blew us away! My Pastrami Reuben with Beef Tallow Fries was perfectly made — tender pastrami, just the right amount of dressing and kraut on crisp rye. The Steak Hoagie with pimento cheese was equally amazing, made with beef raised on the owner’s farm in Londell, MO. They serve Friendship Brewing beers and other great craft beers and spirits. The staff was fantastic and even treated us to a cookie — so good we bought more to go! You can truly taste the farm-to-table freshness.

I went to Pierce Creek for the first time yesterday. The food was delicious! I never knew about tallow fries but they are amazing! I had a dry January mocktail that was delicious as well. The people were friendly and happy to explain the farm to table concept. Highly recommended!

Saw this Place featured on a local news channel and decided to check it out. My husband ordered the breaded pork tenderloin and fries and I ordered a cup of chili because I knew he would have plenty to share. My chili was delicious, hearty and beefy with a good flavor. The tenderloin while not as big as what they showed on the news segment was still very large. The breading was light and crunchy and the tenderloin was very tender. There is a Deli section and a bakery section and coolers with craft soda. Definitely worth the hour drive.

I just woke up from my nap to write this review. You must come and try the pork tenderloin. Crazy Illinois drivers working in St. Louis will understand. The photos here don’t do it justice. That is a pizza tray and the sandwich takes up most of it. It’s thick too where most are pounded super thin.
We will be back to try the normal sized items on the menu. Everything appears to be farm to table and they have a storefront inside if you want to buy good quality meats and other things.

I can barely contain my excitement for Pierce Creek. They are creating an amazing experience where you can shop for local beef and poultry or baked goods while getting a delicious sandwich.
Their beef is probably some of the best we have had in some time. We have tried the skirt steak and bone in ribeye and they are super buttery delicious.
Can’t wait to be part of the community I see developing here!!

In mid-Nov, we sampled lunch (Pastrami Reuben and Smash Burger) with house made sides all delicious. Next we tried desserts and were equally impressed. For Thanksgiving, we ordered the Bourbon Pecan and Apple Crumb pies and Cherry Strudel and received many compliments. For Hanukkah we ordered their brisket and gravy, latkes, Brussel sprouts, matzah ball soup and Hanukkah jelly donuts and cookies. We sampled more and knew we had made the right decision…the meat was tender, the latkes were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, but we had to stop there or tonight’s dinner would be gone before Hanukkah had started! We are very pleased with the food and service from Pierce Creek. Thanks to all.

Pierce Creek has no schtick; its ambience is warm, inviting, and without a lot of “commercialism.” The quality of its meat parallels those which you would expect at any first-rate steakhouse, and its fries are delectable — like, you cannot stop eating them and you don’t want to share! The bar is lovely and well-stocked, and the owner is on-site to ensure you’re enjoying your experience. After one visit (and now three), it has become our top choice for dinner! I have loved the Patty Melt (add ‘shrooms, please) while my husband’s go-to is the Moobile. There are very few places whose food I actually crave, but Pierce Creek fills that void!
