First time eating here. Very calming vibe. Food was good. The key line curd in the waffles was deeeeelicious. We really liked starting with the pastry basket, definitely worth the $10.
Our server was good but could have been more attentive.

Loved dinner our first night at Vero Beach! We arrived at 8:30 and had the swordfish with broccolini and gnocchi – Divine! And my husband had the wood fired pizza!

Dinner was Fantastic !! Hands down the best overall meal at any Disney Resort !!! This is not your typical Disney inconsistent over priced blah food. Prices are unbelievably better than Orlando DVC resorts and the quality of the cuisine is second to none !!! From preparation to presentation, the care that was taken is apparent !! Kudos to the whole culinary team and chef. Grill cast member was on point . Steaks and burgers done perfectly to temperature . Will absolutely be back . Keep it up!!!

Why is this place not ON A WAIT here at 9 AM for bfast??!! The food’s AMAZING. We ordered the eggs Benedict, and they were perfect in every way! The grits are crazy good!

The atmosphere here is incredible, but the best part of the place (aside from the food) was our server, Muriel. She was friendly and helpful, always ready with refills and sparkling conversation, but at the same time, she gave us plenty of space. She is definitely a professional in every way :-}

When staying at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort (which we also highly recommend!), don’t pass over this excellent dining opportunity. Seems everyone wants to come at dinner, but please don’t overlook the hidden gem that is b’fast!!

When you come in, ask for Muriel. Tell her Josh n Dann sent you!

We enjoyed a great evening at Wind & Waves Grill at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. The atmosphere was great. The host Guadalupe and server Jill were very welcoming. The food was delicious. Roasted Chicken, Fish and Chips, Salmon, Strip Sirloin Steak and the Pork Sirloin were great selections and large portions. A place to try if you are in the area. Tony Toronto Canada.

Wind & Waves Grill is open for breakfast contrary to the hours posted here on Google Maps. Try the specials they vary quite often. Had the Cordon Bleu skillet with Dijon hollandaise, amazing. Each flavor complimented the others. My son hade the key lime waffles. He never finishes his plate. It was spotless!

Use OpenTable to make table reservations.

The vibe is very laid back. Have a drink and enjoy the sound of waves crashing on shore.

The excellence of Disney, at a Resort by the Beach.

I can’t recommend this place enough! After a quick temperature screening, we were brought to our table by a hostess from the check-in podium. Our Server quickly came over and introduced herself and brought us some dinner rolls and corn bread to get us started.

My Friend and I ordered the dinner special Chicken Tortellini Soup as our Appetizer. It was delicious! It was made with several different kinds of fresh and vibrant vegetables and had a tasty broth. We were both shocked at the portion size and quality for the price, only $10!

For our Entrees, we both selected two of the specials. For me, the Butchers Cut: NY Strip Steak Fajitas, and, for her, the Wood Fire Pizza: Turkey Ranch Club. Both of us really enjoyed our food and appreciated the attention given to both the presentation and the quality of everything we were served.

We will definitely return in the future!

Great specials, rest of the menu is good, but specials are great. Good selection of beer, wine and drinks. And always save room for dessert! Make reservations ahead of time when you can, always helps. All the kitchen staff and servers are phenomenal. We thought about going into town to eat but realized we didn’t need to as we enjoyed all three nights at Wind and Waves so much. Don’t forget your DVC discount if you are a member. Recommended.

Wind & Waves Grill is the main dining venue at Disney’s Vero Beach resort and serves both breakfast and lunch.

Since this is the main place to eat at the resort, I highly recommend that you make reservations via Open Table. We made reservations for both dinner and breakfast.

The menu isn’t large, but it has a decent selection. There are daily specials that usually include a pizza of the day, a steak, a seafood dish and a plant based dish. There are also daily breakfast specials.

We ate both dinner and breakfast here several times during our weekend stay. For dinner, a few things we tried were the wood fired pizzas, which weren’t bad, the Oak Grilled Filet Mignon, this steak wasn’t bad, we still think the best Filet we have had is the Black Pepper Filet on the Disney Wish, the fish and chips, which we also thought were OK. They were made from Mahi, and while Mahi is a good fish, the ideal fish to us for fish and chips is cod or haddock. Our two favorite dinner items were the Vero Beach burger (which was huge), and the Bibb Lettuce Apple salad. Dinner included house made Hawaiian rolls and cornbread.

We enjoyed the breakfast at the Wind & Waves Grill much more. My favorite item was the Biscuit Duo. This was 2 biscuit sandwiches with your choice of side. My wife tried the strawberry and banana french toast, which was the special of the day, as well as the “make your own omelette”. We never got to try it, but the stuffed key lime Mickey Waffles looked amazing.

Staff was very attentive and friendly.

Prices were as expected for a Disney resort. The filet was around $39 for example. Breakfast was actually much cheaper than I expected.

Overall this venue is a nice restaurant.

For quick service, you can go around the corner to the Wind & Waves Market for sandwiches, nachos, dole whip, churros and more.

We had a complicated order and the waitstaff was sooooooooo accommodating! The best part was when the chef came out to understand our dietary requests and needs.

Each of the times we stayed here, we truly got the impression that the staff here was dedicated to us and cared about how to keep us fed and happy.
I will absolutely be coming back here again.

Thank you to the whole team for such a spectacular experience and helping us celebrate our special birthday weekend.
