Grabbed a classic smash burger double patty, a piece of fried chicken and a biscuit.. despite the biscuit seeming to look dark and dry, it was absolutely incredible, blew me away, all of the food was excellent!!!, The chicken was perfection at a crisp! Five stars. I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in. The store is clean, organized, and welcoming. The food exceeded expectations. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender and juicy inside, packed with flavor in every bite. The burger was fresh, well-seasoned, and stacked generously with quality ingredients on a soft, toasted bun. The fries were hot, crisp, and clearly made fresh to order. Everything tasted high quality and prepared with care.
Bobby at the counter made the visit even better. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He handled my order quickly and accurately, answered questions confidently, and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. His service stood out and elevated the whole experience. I honestly don’t know what’s worse, the food or the service. Very slow to get your food and they got my order wrong and gave me the spicy sandwich instead of the regular one. Very skimpy on portions and flavor. They also nickel and dime for EVERYTHING…I mean they charge you to add 2 pickles to your sandwich
