Our family and a few friends went here a couple years ago and surprised my sister on her birthday.
The waitress was very kind, and the entire family-friendly atmosphere was something I will never forget. I highly recommend this place if you want to make some memories.
Plenty of street parking around the corner too.

We ordered the sweet potato taquitos with cactus and the chile relleno. It was AMAZING. It took a bit longer than expected for the food BUT we were rewarded with three bowls of fantastic salsa and two bowls of awesome chips. The service was great! She was constantly checking the other customers as well as us. She was great.

Santo Coyote has put a lot of thought and attention into detail in the restaurant atmosphere. I was pleased to find this place open as I was visiting La Connor on Christmas Eve.
I ordered 2 , a la carte chicken, street tacos $11., to go.
The waiter took my order and was polite.
My to go order was handed to me in a take out bag that
Felt like an empty sack . The Styrofoam container weighed more than what was inside it.
About the tacos……. please see the photo for the portion size reference of the serving. The flavors were average, the tacos were cold, and the chicken was cold and dried out.
Maybe it was the timing, Christmas Eve . The end of the restaurant day.
I think dining in may be a better experience on a non holiday.
I was hoping for an adult size taco for the price point . I was disappointed in the value , the portion size, and the temperature and texture of the food .
I don’t drink, but they have a cool bar and restaurant atmosphere.

Came in for late lunch. Not bad for a quick stop. Rice was very neutral without a lot of flavor, and my meat in the tacos was slightly dry so good thing they provided sauce. Good for a quick stop.

Our first time eating here and everything was absolutely delicious! I never take pics of my foos because I’m usually too hungry to bother with it but I will in the future! It’s a family owned and run business which are the best kind in my book. We will be back for sure

Fresh, high-quality Mexican food in an authentic space. Unlike most Mexican restaurants, the food is not greasy and over salted. All dishes had excellent flavor and authentic taste. Drinks from a full bar rounds out the experience. There is outdoor seating during warmer weather. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We are really happy we stopped here (Mom and daughter trip!)! The atmosphere here is easy going and the staff were so helpful! They are pet friendly, with a front and back patio, covered! Our waitress even offered our dog a bowl of water that she drank! We sat on the peaceful patio and this food is the best Mexican food we’ve had in a long time. It was fresh and servings generous plus all priced right! A great location too!

Best Mexican restaurant we have yet to find in skagit valley area. Crystal, our server, and family were so hospitable it felt like we were invited over for family dinner. The food was equal to the service. The flaming fajitas were fun and so so delicious. I though I didn’t like tamales until I tried theirs, total comfort food. And my personal favorite the Carne asada and chili releno plate! I can’t wait to go back just so we can try more food! Thank you for having us and for being a part of the community!!!

Good food! Pleasantly surprised. The shrimp rice dish is superb, tender and sweet, with the aroma of butter, highly recommended.

Thank you to the great folks at Santo Coyote for yet again providing us with a wonderful, friendly atmosphere topped with delicious beautiful grand-mom in the kitchen real l Mexican food. The highlight of the cocktail offerings for my friend was a fresh crushed blackberry margarita. Carol was in PNW Heaven! Best margarita she’s ever had per my buddy. Their expansive menu of fabulous authentic food is not to be missed.
