Everything including the Tortilla was cold, nothing tasted fresh, chips were stale. Ordered 10 minutes before pick up so they were timely and portion was fine. First and last time with this place my stomach isnt processing the cold processed food very well. Ill stick with going to the best local authentic Taco de Birria by rice bar 10 minutes away, price is the same and quality 20x better.

From the moment I stepped up to the register, Dora greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Her welcoming demeanor set the tone for a great experience.
But that was just the beginning. Dora continued to impress with her exceptional service, bringing my food to me and checking in later to see if I needed anything else. When I mentioned I was taking my food to go, she even brought everything I needed to pack up my meal and salsa. I got the pick 2 fajitas with steak and shrimp, an extra side of carntas with a small chips and queso, which was very tasty and a nice sized portion. I’ll definitely be eating the rest for lunch tomorrow!
Dora’s attention to detail, kindness, and genuine smile made my visit truly enjoyable. Her exceptional service is a testament to her outstanding customer service skills.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this place! I’d never been to this chain before, but the food was extremely good and the service was great. Cute little salsa bar, fast service, very good food with large portions. Lovely clean and modern dining room that is a pleasant place to sit with a friend for lunch. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.
I have a severe shellfish allergy, and they were very helpful and accommodating in making sure my food was cooked on foil and new tongs were used than what have been used with the shellfish. They were really nice about it, which is refreshing because oftentimes I am made to feel like I am just trying to feel “special” or that I am purposely inconveniencing people when I say I have a severe food allergy. It’s awesome to be taken seriously and treated with respect instead.

Fantastic food, fresh preparation of menu items & friendly service. Variety in menu items with ability to customize your order based on need(s) or preferences. Generous portions for the price. Much better than Chipotle on all levels. Tables are clean & salsa bar has several different salsas, jalapeños, etc. Located in King Farms shopping center by several other eateries & businesses.

I got the beef fajitas for dinner and the beef was gritty with tons of fat and cartilage. DISGUSTING! They are using poor-quality beef. It made me sick! YUCK! I wasted $16.I used to love Baja Fresh but it has gone way down in terms of the quality of food. I won’t be going back.

A little far from where I live so I don’t frequent often, but I had a great promo to use. Staff I interacted with were very friendly, and the place was very well maintained… super clean and organized. The guacamole and chips I got were excellent, and I’m a fan of their salsa bar especially the black baja one!

I live in king farm MD and the Baja Fresh here is the best as the ladies who serve are super kind, patient, helpful. I find the person taking the order always very sweet. Of course, I love their food and my favorite is their chicken fajitas.

I recently visited Baja Fresh located at 302 King Farm Blvd, Ste 150 and had no complaints about the food—it was decent. However, I was very disappointed to learn something afterward that changed my view of this business entirely.
Apparently, the tips customers leave do not go to the cashiers, cooks, or other staff—they go directly to the owner.
This feels incredibly unfair, especially since it’s usually front-line workers and kitchen staff who work hard and rely on those tips to supplement their income.
If you’re leaving a tip here thinking you’re supporting the hardworking staff, you’re not—you’re just giving more to the owner.
Customers deserve to know this. I hope the restaurant reconsiders this practice and starts treating its employees more fairly.
