The atmosphere is what truly makes this place stand out. From the moment you walk in, the space feels warm and welcoming. The energy is lively without ever feeling overwhelming. The lighting, music, and layout all work together to create a relaxed and enjoyable environment. It is the kind of place where conversations flow easily and time seems to slow down.
The addition of live music adds even more personality and creates a fun, cool vibe. During the summer months, the outdoor seating takes the experience to another level. Sitting outside with a drink on a warm evening makes the restaurant feel even more special. It is the perfect setting for gathering with friends or unwinding after a long day.
The bartenders, Dan, Stephanie, and Brian, consistently elevate every visit. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to share updates about menu changes and drink offerings. Every cocktail is made perfectly and with care. Their professionalism and attention to detail never go unnoticed.
This restaurant also stands out because of its commitment to creating memorable experiences. The events and seasonal menus keep things fresh throughout the year. There is always something to look forward to. Whether it is happy hour, brunch, dinner, live music nights, or summer evenings outside, this restaurant continues to be the place to be in Summit.

Overall, the value is good.
Feedback
It can sometimes be difficult to park at this location, but it usually isn’t a problem. There is always municipal parking or Uber.
There is often an off-putting odor when seated at the bar. Perhaps a need to clean the drains and traps or work on ventilation.
Update
I’m updating my review, from 4-stars to 1-star, based on additional experience with this business.
We were sitting for a while before someone even took our beverage order. Since we were waiting for well over 15 minutes, we were ready to order food as well, but the waitress scurried away immediately after our wine order before we could even say we’re ready to order. This meant we had to wait even longer to eat and we were a bit hungry. Also, it was a Wednesday at 7pm.
The food was average. We ordered the Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich which was dry and had zero flavor. We also ordered the Wagyu Truffle Burger and was dissapointed. You could taste the truffle which was nice that it had flavor but overall was expecting more with the Wagyu in the title. The sweet potato fries were under cooked.
The table next to us had a dog and waitress said no dogs on the “patio” (sidewalk) and then continued to allow the dog to sit on the owner’s lap at the table. Just not sure why have rules if the employees don’t need to follow them.
Wouldn’t come back and don’t recommend. Also nowhere to park on a Wednesday even circled around three times and had to park in another business’s lot.
