So I just went during lunch hour when things are supposed to be fresh.. Staff was very nice, however the grease smeared all over the bread had my pretty grossed out. Fast food isn’t a restaurant. However I do expect clean food and a clean kitchen this tells me the kitchen wasn’t clean. The fries were over cooked. I’m pretty let down and won’t be eating McDonald’s ever again. I would’ve went back for a refund if I wasn’t on a time restraint. This is gross. I assume they were understaffed too as a worker yelled at the kitchen for my sandwich. This is bad because then the attention to the product is lost. This wouldn’t have happened with a clean kitchen and a supportive environment.

This is a great McDonald’s here in Brick. It’s clean and the food is always fresh. There’s not much else in the shopping center so there’s tons of parking. This location is better than the one by ShopRite because that parking lot is crazy busy. If your in Brick and want McDonald’s this is the best place to come.

This McDonald’s location can never get a single order correct. They ask if the order is correct on the screen, give you the amount you ordered but somehow get the order wrong every time. From making it sausage instead of bacon or leaving the beef patties off a big mac entirely it is the worst service location I will no longer go to this site. The other one in brick is owned by the same company and for some reason does not have the same problems. Maybe they need all new people working.

They delivered our meal to the table. No napkins. The next time the kid came by I asked for napkins because they’re not readily available. Never got any. Order was 2 burgers, Coke, kids happy meal. No ketchup. None out and available. Asked for a Grinch meal. At 2 PM they had none.

They take SO LONG to make their food. I’m talking no line outside and still taking 10 minutes for my fries to be cold. Just do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald’s on Chambers Bridge in the Shoprite plaza instead.

Ordered from this McDonald’s for delivery they got almost the whole order right. They got my wife and son’s order correct and right amount of food. But, my order they forgot my food in the order. Ordered a Big Mac meal got the coke, the fries and NO Big Mac. A BIG MAC MEAL WITH NO BIG MAC. Someone messed up big time. We were offered a refund but no food. So, I guess I’m not eating dinner tonight. Thank you for my empty belly. Update now 2nd order forgot more of our order now they did not put the 10 pc nugget in bag but gave us the sauce packets. What am I going to do with sauce and no nuggets. Very disappointed in this McDonald’s messing up another door dash delivery.

There is a young guy that works at the front and is the sweetest nicest guy and the other workers were yelling and treating him horribly! I feel so bad for him he was just trying to do his best and it looked like he was new and was learning. Shame on those workers for treating him so horribly.
