The food here is horrible. Would give zero stars if possible.
I ordered shrimp egg food young and an order of chicken wings. The wings were burnt and the egg food young was drenched with grease. I would have taken the food back but I had already driven an hour away before discovering I had wasted my money. This was my first and last time ordering from them.

Thee worst Chinese take out I’ve had. I ordered General Tso chicken, Egg Foo young, and chicken fried rice. What a waste of money. Complete trash! I would NOT recommend nor would I ever order from them again. The rice was old and reheated. It was full of oil and hard as well as mushy. They literally cooked stringy chicken; no seasoning, nor was it browned. Then added old rice to it. I still can’t believe they sold us that mess. The General Tso chicken sauce was very oily and watery. Very bland, no spice. Then the actual General Tso chicken was the same stringy chicken they put in the rice covered in dough and fried. It was more dough then chicken and it was absolutely disgusting. The Egg Foo young was burnt and oily as everything else. The gravy that went with it was oily as well. Worst experience. Wild Ginger is ten times better. Wanted to try something new and never again. Just awful. Complete waste of money.

Happy Family from chef’s menu came with 1 shrimp, two scallops and a lot of imitation crab meat (not listed in the description). Either they’re embarrassingly cheap or there is no standard. Never again.

I enjoy Chinese food and often order from Jin House in Williamstown. Today they were closed so I decided to try Win Golden Wok. I’m no expert but love Chinese food and enjoy visiting different restaurants in different areas. Today I ordered Singapore Mei fun (a rice noodle dish with egg, shrimp, pork, chicken, and vegetables, with curry) this is my favorite dish and order it often. I also ordered wonton soup. The people were nice and the order was accurate and fast. But,
I have to say I was more than slightly disappointed. The Singapore Mei fun was very watery which left the flavor lacking (even though I ordered extra curry). All the ingredients were there just little flavor, wet, and soggy. . The wonton soup also left little in redemption for Win Golden Wok. The broth was bland / flavorless .as was the meat in the wontons.
I’m sorry Win Golden Wok. I can not recommend you to anyone.
If you are thinking of eating here I would recommend you go elsewhere.
If you have no choice, well let’s just say I have had worse but they are on the low end of my list.

Back in the day I would have given this place 5 stars on everything. But the last two times we’ve went everything has been terrible. We just ordered this past Friday and our General Tso’s chicken was burnt and hard, the cheese wontons were completely burnt, and I asked for pork fried rice in my combo and instead got white. It was very disappointing from a place we used to go to all the time.

I’ve been going here since it opened. The food is the BEST! It is family owned and family operated. They are ALWAYS friendly! I have watched their kids grow up, and the family remembers their regular customers! I simply love that at businesses! They are the sweetest family!

This is a CASH only Chinese food establishment. They do not allow customers to eat in, which is fine. However, when I paid with a $100 bill, the young man at the counter “mistakenly“ forgot to give me the correct change, and shorted me $20. When I got home, about five minutes later, I opened my Sesame Chicken and took a bite of overcooked, dry and rubbery chicken. The General Tso’s Chicken that my friend chose was similarly bad. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I ordered an item that was not fixed properly. When I called them back to inform them of this, the woman, I spoke to first of all try to defend herself by saying she fixed it the way she always fixed it. When I let her know this is not the current case because I ordered a number of times from this restaurant and this is the first time the shrimp rolls were soggy to the point that I had to throw them away and my chicken and stream beans were all string beans and two pieces of chicken.

She then just offered an apology and hung up. No offer to refund money. No offer to remake a quality meal, just “I’m sorry.”
