They need to clean the TEA pitchers!!! Both times I got a tea from this place (weeks) a part, it was terrible!! Mold has got to be growing in that thing. NO way they clean them daily, hek even weekly.

The girl that brought me my order took approximately 6 minutes after the indicator showed it was on the way. When she arrived she said absolutely not one word. Basically pushed order into my hand, and walked off. I was paying cash, she didn’t take my money, tell me my total, just walked away. She looked like she just smoked a joint. (You could blindfold her with dental floss). So I realized I didn’t get the ranch I ordered or the straw for my shake, called in to ask for it she forgot the straw and had to go back for it and tossed it into my car and walked away.

I only received 2 of my 3 drinks on the app. A light skinned female with black/pink braids brought my food to the car. I ordered on the app they told me that they couldn’t refund me which they have before. I was told the store manager would contact me and I still am yet to receive a phone call or refund on my drink.
