Absolutely diabolical to sell these itsy bitty tiny wings!!! Waste of money and time. Over cooked and hard as a rock. Literally not a single sliver of actual meat on any of these. Never ever again. Save your money and go to a real chicken place that actually takes pride in their products. Placed next to a pacifier to show how small they truly are!

My experience here was disappointing strictly because of the customer service. As soon as I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever, which immediately made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. I stood at the counter looking over the menu, and instead of checking in with me, the Spanish male cashier took the order of another customer who walked in after me without asking if I was ready or even recognizing that I had been there first.

When I finally placed my order, the interaction continued to feel cold and dismissive. There was no courtesy shown—no “hello,” no “thank you,” and no communication about how long my order would take. It felt very transactional and rushed, as if customer presence was an inconvenience rather than a priority.

What made the situation worse was witnessing the same behavior toward other customers. A Black couple walked in shortly after me and received the same treatment—no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no explanation about their order or wait time. Watching multiple customers be handled this way made it clear this wasn’t a one-off moment, but a pattern.

Customer service is a huge part of the dining experience, and I don’t understand why someone would work in a public-facing role if they’re unwilling or unable to communicate respectfully with people. The lack of basic manners and professionalism really took away from what could’ve been a good visit.

Because of how uncomfortable the interactions were, I asked the cashier if he was the manager. He said he wasn’t, which was honestly a relief, because behavior like that should not represent leadership. I also asked for his name, hoping this is something management takes seriously moving forward.

Food can be decent, but service like this leaves a lasting impression—and unfortunately, not a good one. This place really needs to work on customer service if they want people to return.

Tried for the 1st time today and it was tasty. Purchased the cod, catfish fillets, curds, fries and juices they offer and it was overall good. Pricing wasn’t bad for what we ordered and everything was fried fresh and was still hot after a 15 minute ride home. Will definitely be back to try some of the other foods they offer.

Wow the catfish and hush puppies were amazing. I recommend splitting the combo meals. They are HUGE as you can see. Also buried under all the chicken are 2 pieces of white bread.

The lemonade is the best I have ever had… watch out state fair your days are numbered.

Had catfish bites. They were delicious. Very crispy and well seasoned. The fries were also very good even tho I didn’t really care if the fries would be good or not.

I haven’t been here in a while, but it didn’t miss a beat! The food still taste great and the wait isn’t too long. The only downside is that they had to raise their prices for obvious reasons. Nonetheless my daughter and I were satisfied!

Fantastic food, great staff. The fries were crispy, catfish was a 5/5 for sure. The gizzards weren’t the best I’ve had, but I’d say they were worth getting. I’d opt for a fish and fry basket next time

Food is top tier. When I want good chicken or to impress someone. This ALWAYS come to mind. The workers were nice & quick with the food.

Spent about $40 for 20 chicken wings and fries, so it’s not too bad for how good it is, too!

Weakest hooks around. Go to rice street or the 10 other spots that sell this same food. Meal doesn’t even come as advertised and no drink for $20. Never coming back
