Let me tell you something.
I order my food, the new big arch meal, LARGE. And didn’t receive it after we PAID FOR IT.
Okay. Fine.
We drive back 10 MILES to the McDonalds and get it solved. We get back, and I check my burger: NO SAUCE. NO CRISPY ONIONS.
THE ONLY MODIFICATION I MADE WAS DICED ONIONS INSTEAD OF SLIVERED ONIONS.
There is absolutely NO excuse for this. Ever since this place switched owners it’s gone to SHIT. Food forgotten, quality dropped, this is RIDICULOUS.
MY apologies for wanting to sit down and eat food after I had a long day.
Oh, and also? Your coffee SUCKS. Tastes like it was 2 DAYS OLD. Does NOBODY clean these machines?!
AND this wasn’t the first time they’ve forgotten my stuff either, I can excuse forgetting sauce for my nuggets, but there is NO excuse to forget an ENTIRE SANDWICH.
Oh- and stop making your patties smaller and thinner. If i wanted a slider i would go to WHITE CASTLE, and the thickness was the akin to how you’d slice BOLOGNA.

I’ve been to over hundreds of McDonald’s all throughout the United States. I love McDonald’s!! I’ve been to McDonald’s where the drive-through line was 20 cars deep and I still got through faster than this location that maybe had two customers in the whole place. I make sure to be patient cause I know I better give myself some extra time before my food gets out, this place needs help. Tell the workers maybe get off their cell phones while they’re at work just an idea.

It was…. McDonalds.. This time, the service was poor. We used the drive-thru and ordered two Value meals: Nuggets and the Crispy sandwich. It was a Friday night, but did not look busy at all. We were sent to the drive-thru waiting area to park, but all the spaces were taken. We had to wait close to 10 minutes for our food to be delivered, way too slow. Not to mention we saw a few other cars, one was sent to wait, too. The others got their food and left. A bit disappointing.
The kicker: my daughter worked at a different McDonalds a few years back and was wondering aloud why on earth it would take them that long and reasoned that it was because of low staffing. That being said, they were very pleasant, but not apologetic. My daughter then said that, at her McDonald’s, they would have apologized and gave some coupons for the next visit.
So, to summarize: standard McDonald’s fare, served very late and a bit cold. Terrible wait, possibly due to short staffing. Friendly but unapologetic staff.
Will I go back again? Probably, but not by choice: no one plans on having McDonalds. McDonalds is what you get when you fail to plan.

Always always always check your bags before you pull away. Been waiting on an apple pie that was forgotten in my original order for over 30 mins now when an apple pie according to the manager “only takes 12 mins” if you got time to wait for “fast” food this is the place for you.

Employees are friendly and helpful .
All very important to me when I eat at a restaurant. I do have to admit I miss the manager that was here,His name was Will ,he was a great guy always had a smile on his face , seemed to have the employees that were working with him on that shift all understanding and loving their jobs! In this day and age that is so very important! He was a great leader and very helpful to the customers ! I do miss seeing him here !

They really need to do something with service. I have no issues with the staff as they are always friendly but the line for food at almost any time of the day is ridiculous for a fast food place that pretty much ships everything pre-made. If your in a hurry or even have the time do not go here as you will age in place waiting for your food.

Will was my guy. Why would you fire the best employee you have? He loved McDonald’s and worked all the time to please the boss and owners. Just to save an extra dollar, you fired my guy Will. This McDonald’s is going downhill fast. We need new owners at this place. I hate this place now. Please get rid of the new owner they are cheap and greedy. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This McDonald’s is always the absolute slowest in service of any I visit. I try hard NOT to visit this one because of it. Consistently slow. And they always forget something even though I remind them of ketchup etc.

I ordered curbside. I got a text saying my order was ready, however I still waited 10 minutes. I got home with the food that I got for myself and my family, and they ended up messing up our drinks. I ordered 2 Dr peppers, but one was a Diet Coke and the other was a coke. But they were marked as Dr Pepper. They also forgot our sauces, which isn’t a big deal, but it was only 3 sauces.

I’m local to the area, and this is by far the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single visit, without fail, it takes 15–20 minutes just for takeout. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but the wait times are consistently excessive. Even ordering ahead through the mobile app doesn’t seem to make any difference. If you’re on any kind of time constraint, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
