We got the best service tonight! After a long day at work, wanted to treat ourselves to some quick dinner. We were greeted by Ron the manager, he made us feel so welcomed, he was very polite and attentive to us and other tables. Seems like he runs a great business with the staff on shift. You definitely felt the energy! Will definitely be back for this experience!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that is thanks to Ron, the manager. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. It’s rare to see someone so attentive, professional, and sincerely invested in making sure every guest has a great time.
Ron went above and beyond to check in on us throughout the evening, ensuring everything—from the food to the service—was perfect. His positive attitude clearly sets the tone for the entire staff, and it shows. The team worked seamlessly together, and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and well-managed.
The food was outstanding, but the exceptional hospitality truly made the night memorable. If you’re looking for a place where customer service is taken seriously and guests are treated like VIPs, this is it. Huge thanks to Ron for making our visit so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered beef nachos and they arrived with a tablespoon of beef. This isn’t the first time Applebees has done this. Food was hard and cold. Never ordering again. Nothing like throwing a bag of chips on a plate and charging $15. Disgusted.

Our family went for mothers birthday around 11:30 am. The service was quick and our waitress was very friendly and the food was hot and delicious. Big portions because we needed several to go containers.

Arrived Friday night at 8:10. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, no one else was waiting. Finally got a table then waited 15 minutes before our server came. I said we’re ready to order the first time she came over because I was afraid I it would be another 15 minutes before we’d see her again. She apparently didn’t like being rushed and was abrasive. Food came 40 minutes later. We had no utensils, had to find someone to ask. Fettuccini noodles were glued together like they’d been sitting a long time. Disappointed.

There were 10 in our party that included 2 handicapped elderly with limited mobility. First the handicap parking was not cleared from snow to even get into the building. We called ahead to be seated at 4 on Sat 1/31/26 We were seated 6 at one table & 4 at the next which was fine. We were not given silverware. We ordered appetizer, pop & water. Those were delivered but no silverware. Then the place started filling up as people came in, ate & left before we got our food. Finally we got our food, you guessed it no silverware. Our son called the restaurant from his cell phone & told the manager what table we were at & had no silverware. He brought us 8 pieces of silverware. At this point half of us still did not have our food. We ordered right off the menu, no substitutes. 65 minutes after being seated half of our party got their food, after an additional 15 minutes the rest of us got our food. Our son was the last to get his food & his food was cold and he was the one paying. He sent his meal back & asked for it to be taken off the bill since most of our party was done eating. He told the waitress we were there celebrating my husband recovering from a heart attack & our granddaughter turning 16. The waitress said if we want hot food & service for handicapped we need to come during the week. Well, mame, our granddaughter’s birthday was not during the week, my husband was in medical facilities during the week. I am well past the age of senior citizen & have never been treated with such bigotry for age, health & mobility. This facility was NOT ADA compliant on 1/31/26. You can do better!

I had to wait an hour and a half for my appetizers not even a meal, people who sat after us received meals before us. I do not blame the server he did all he could but just a complete waste of time. “From great power comes great responsibility” Ben Parker, rip. He would never of eaten here.

This is for a delivery order. Food was not too bad but they forgot an order of cheese sticks, the soup was only half filled bowl, and the bread sticks were ON TOP of an order of broccoli, all seemingly thrown into a large-ish container. Who would think to put bread sticks on top of an order of broccoli in a too-large container?? Someone needs to be schooled on how to package food for delivery. This was 2 weeks after an in-restaurant meal where we waited more than an hour for food (party of 5). Again, on this occasion food was not bad but kind of cold as we waited so long. Some Applebee’s are not too bad but this one is way below par…

One star is the lowest allowed so that’s what they have earned. We had a snow storm a week ago, the handicapped ramps were still not cleared. The door way was, the curbside to go the employee kitchen entrance but not the handicapped ramp. That made getting my parents in challenging as we had to shovel them a path. On to the food we arrived before 5 and were seated shortly after since we made a reservation, we put in our drink order then shortly later our app order and meal order. The appetizers came with no silverware, we asked 2 times and still didn’t receive them, I then had to call the store and finally request silverware that way. Almost a hour after we arrived our food started to arrive. They had gotten much busier in the 45 since we ordered our food and it arrived at our table. Apparently our food was delayed because people ordered after us and somehow that meant we were given cold food which had sat under a heat lamp. When we were paying and leaving our waitress told us to come back during a week night when they were typically less busy. In hindsight I wish we choose Outback, Lonestar or any other restaurant in that area. This was a waste of time, money and was also dangerous for my handicapped parents.

Mariah was wonderful. She was very upbeat and pleasant. Food was mid at best, unfortunately. Drinks took a very very long time from the bar. We had to ask for them twice after ordering. Bartender was missing from her station both times which was very annoying. Management seems to have been a large problem this evening. Every customer around us was also not happy with their atmosphere, food, nor wait times.
