My wife and I had gotten a gift card for Willistons’ so we decided to give it a try. Glad we did. The restaurant is very nice inside with a nice assortment of entrees on the menu. Our server Patty was super nice and very attentive.

I loved Williston’s. Considering this is a new, popular restaurant I was OK with the initial wait. We ordered a bunch of plates to share (pretzel, bama wings, salad, burger etc.) and the food was out of this world. You have to try the wings and the tacos. I am also picky with dirty martinis but the drinks were on point. I look forward to returning.

We’ve been about half a dozen times so far and have not once been disappointed. While I agree the menu is limited, everything on it has been very very good and you can taste the quality of the food. Highlights for us have been theAhi Tuna Poke Nachos, which our kids love, the Sweet Chili Calamari, which is always tender and just lightly fried, and the Bang Bang Shrimp, which like the calamari is always fried to perfection. On the entree side I’ve always have been happy with the Crispy Chicken, the French Dip, and the Burger, which again you can taste the quality of the meat. My son is always a big fan of the ribs too, but there is never any left for me to try a bite.

If you are looking for a place to have a nice birthday lunch or get together with friends, this is the place. From chatting with John, one of the owners, to speaking with Marlene, the bartender & our server, our overall experience was superb. Our appetizer, spinach with wonton chips, was piping hot, and the chips complemented the dip! Three of us had the incredible steak sandwiches, which again were served hot. The staff were very friendly & attentive & we will be back for other upcoming family celebrations! The Willistons team rocks & we highly recommend it.

Really excellent food and a great wine menu with lots of options available. I had the pork chop, which was extremely tender and very nice. I enjoyed the calamari appetizer and my dining partner really like his ribs. The ribs had a very interesting marinade. The interior of the place is gorgeous and there’s lots of beautiful outdoor dining.

Terrible service contradicting answers from everyone…brought my mom here for lunch and had been here twice for dinner both nice ….brought my whole family here treated us like aliens had to argue with the manager over simple things like happy hour and ordering at the bar, manager Joe made me embarrassed to take my parents there and it is a shame bc I really wanted then to like this place but I no longer think I do. This is the second time we have had dinner here. The food and service were as great as the first time. We had the lobster ravioli, short rib, chicken sandwich and hamburger. All dishes got a thumbs up! They had a good crowd for a Wednesday night.

Excellent food, service and cocktail/wine selection. I had a fantastic Tomahawk Pork Chop with some of the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had in my life. Highly recommended and I will be back soon. Beautiful newly renovated interiors too. I remember the old place and this is really a gem in the neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor seating area as well.
