I ordered from wildwood in Ely on deliveroo as we have a young child who doesn’t sit well in restaurants at the moment but we wanted to enjoy a take away. It looked and sounded lovely although more expensive than other options it looked worth it. I ordered the vegan lasagne for myself, the picture and the description sounded very nice! The photos were what I received. I lifted it out the bag and thought it was empty because it was so light! Then I opened it and realised it was just about 1-2 cm thick at the bottom of the packaging! It had clearly been blasted in the microwave due to the texture of how it had gone and it had gone cold already. So it was a flat solid cold mass with no sauce it was dry. I went to where I placed the order to complain I spent £16 on this alone as it came with no sides so this in the picture was £16 it was over blasted and dry and I couldn’t eat it. Anyway I sent pictures and said how is this acceptable and they said ‘sorry it’s not to your taste but there’s nothing we can do’ very disappointed. I ate a tin of baked beans instead sadly, the sweet potato fries were over done/burnt and the oven cooked chips for my other child were under cooked so we didn’t really eat much of those either. Such a shame has mostly good reviews 🙁

I paid £20 for this order and the portion size is absolutely unacceptable.
The pasta portion is shockingly small and nowhere near what you would expect for a main meal at this price. There is barely any sauce, and the overall quantity is extremely poor.
This is very misleading and feels like a complete lack of respect for the customer. Paying £20 for portions like this is simply not reasonable. The quality-to-price ratio is terrible.
I am genuinely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. This was a waste of money and I will not be ordering again.

Visited here with family on a mid-week evening. Had a nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
We shared a mozarrella garlic bread pizza starter, which we all enjoyed.
Everyone enjoyed thier mains. Mine was the regular burger, they forgot the extra bacon i’d ordered, but no problem the burger tasted delicious and they took the bacon off the bill.
Note: the bill has a 10% service charge, which is fairly standard thing and means you don’t need to worry about a tip.
Will definitely come here again in the future.

Booked in for lunch on Saturday. The service was excellent as was the food. And the the pricing was very reasonable. The only negative would be that a service charge was added to the bill. I always prefer to tip the person serving me directly. And I usually tip far more than 10% for good service. But that aside. Everything else was excellent

I recently popped in for a meal and had a fantastic time! The food was absolutely top-notch—my Chicken Caesar salad was lovely although I could have done with a bit more salad. The service from the team was brilliant; they greeted me warmly and checked in to make sure I was enjoying my meal. The atmosphere was spot on, making it a really enjoyable evening overall. Looking forward to coming back

I walked past and decided to give this place a go, and I’m so glad I did! The food was spot on, especially the four cheese & cranberry and the grilled vegetables & three cheese calzone—both were bursting with flavour and looked fantastic. Everything from the service to the cleanliness was top-notch, making for a really lovely atmosphere. Honestly, I couldn’t fault a thing; it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Although portions could be bigger, my Traditional Bolognese with a side of salad was delicious, fresh and served quickly. Amazing quality of food.
Restaurant was full and the atmosphere was great. Very friendly manager and waitresses today. Decor and vibe is warming and inviting.
Only drawback and negative for me is the chicken – I’m not too comfortable with the method in which they are sourced.

Just had a excellent meal for 4. Pizza and pasta where some of the best I have tasted. Waitress Libby was extremely helpful with a smile. Would definitely return.
