We were there on Nov 1st afternoon. This place serves delicious food, but the service was a bit slow ! there were delays with almost everything.
Still, the food was really tasty, and the atmosphere was nice.
We were expecting some good music, but instead, it was quite noisy with large groups of people, which was a bit annoying.
Also, the restroom didn’t have soap or toilet paper!

Lots of beer on top, Irish whiskey selection tons of patron seating (different rooms/environments is cool). Prices were fair and food came out fast. Service was amazing (Cooper was great!) Parking garage/lot right outside which is a plus.

Holly was our waitress and she was super sweet, very helpful and went out of her way to get me the drink I wanted. The Steak and Chips was truly the greatest steak dish we have ever eaten. Having paid well over $200 for a steak dish before this $34 show stopper was out of this world tender, flavorful and PERFECTLY seasoned!! The bed of crispy sweet potato and regular fries it’s served on was a GENUIS idea, because the whole meal was TO DIE FOR! 10/10 recommend and make sure you ask for Holly! She’s awesome!! We will 100% be returning! Thank you for making our last minute date night a great one!!

By far the best restaurant and bar in Saratoga! The staff is exceptional, they’re friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. The food is fantastic, it’s the perfect mix of apps, specialty sandwiches, burgers and a large variety of tap beers, bottled, wines and mixed drinks. The wings are always a must, truly the best around, be sure to try their delicious sauces. There is a beautiful outside patio, stunning indoor bar and event areas all while being located in the center of Saratoga. The atmosphere itself is enough to get you in the door, but you will never want to leave! Harvey’s is a true Saratoga establishment that takes pride in what they do and it shows, extraordinary job Matt and crew!

Harvey’s Restaurant and Bar was our first stop while visiting on vacation—and what a fantastic way to kick things off! Matt, the owner, was amazing and even took the time to share his recommendations for the best local bars and restaurants in town. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a restaurant with a happier staff—everyone seemed genuinely upbeat, which made for such a fun atmosphere! They even gave us a complimentary drink to sample, which was a great touch. It’s easy to say this spot instantly became our favorite in town. We can’t wait to come back on our next visit. If we lived here, this would absolutely be our go-to neighborhood bar!

Hands down one of four favorite places in Saratoga. Great food, great staff, fair pricing.
The atmosphere: Perfect for football if you’re a Bills fan. Every is hyped up. They’ll only put on other games if the Bills aren’t playing, though, so plan ahead. It’s an Irish bar so it looks as such, but still cute. There are additional rooms/upstairs/roof patio for events which are all gorgeous.
The staff: wonderful. We know most of them by name at this point and they make a point to remember their regulars. Everyone is friendly and attentive. The owner, Matt, is a gem. Great guy, great stories, and always helping his staff. He was our bartender the first time we went and big part of why we keep coming back.
The food: amazing! My favorite hot wings in the area by far and the bleu cheese dressing is unmatched. We’ve tried a few other wing flavors and the only one I didn’t like was the Harvey’s sauce which is a mix of others (but I don’t like bbq sauce so that’s a me problem). The burgers are great and the egg has always been perfect. We’ve also tried plenty of other food: tacos, Irish nachos, some sort of Irish beef stew during the winter, chicken sandwich, ruben, fish and chips. All great. The shepherds pie was divine and now I crave it on cold, gloomy days. Pretty much everything is under $20 (except for the steak/fish).
The drinks: they rotate out the beers on tap and my partner loves trying the new ones. They alap always have the standard beers on tap including Guinness. I stick with my Jameson but I’m never disappointed in the drinks.
It’s worth a visit!

I watched Harvey when I was young and loved it – so when I saw the pictures from the movie I instantly became a fan of this place!
We had a very large party so I can’t say what everyone had, but it seemed like everyone enjoyed their food and we all had a really good time. I ordered the Boxty and the wings – the Boxty was alright, the bottom was overcooked which made the potatoes very dry and crumbly.
Everyone enjoyed the appetizers: the wings, the Irish nachos, and the beer cheese and pretzels were all devoured.
The wait staff did a really good job of managing a large group like ours, with other people chipping on to help out.
The atmosphere is great, very authentic feeling (although the house music was loud enough that we often had to almost shout to hear each other during certain songs). And of course, the little homage to the movie Harvey was the icing on the cake for me!

Best chicken wings in ny in my opinion. Make it a point to order from here everytime we’re in town. Wish I could’ve stayed for a beer but will be back for that another time. Thanks again our dinner was amazing tonight

The booking process with Adam was smooth and well organized, the staff was attentive and professional, and everything ran seamlessly on the day of the event.
