First time at Wildfire BBQ. We enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, fries, smoked sausage, green beans, tator salad and corn pancake. They have several flavors of BBQ to choose from and the hot is hotttt!

I LOVE this place. I ordered 10 pounds of pulled pork for my mother’s surprise 75th birthday party. Fed almost 40 people. There was nothing left after the party. You have to try the loaded baked potato. That has to be my favorite. Brisket is outstanding. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We really liked this place! The owner, Jeff and his team can cook. The smoked bologna was incredible. I never expected that would be so good. The place has several custom sauces that were also great and quite a treat. We were up on the bikes from Florida and the guys at Dueling Grounds Distillery, also a great tour, recommended Jeff’s place to eat. Great choice. Stop buy if you’re in the area and you won’t be disappointed!! Side note. The food portions are very generous as well.

Do not miss this when passing Franklin! We got the 3 meat platter (brisket, chicken, bologna) with fried apples, macaroni, and Hog Fries. We sampled all of the sauces, and didn’t find one we didn’t love.

Called in an order for pulled pork plate with baked beans and brisket plate with beans and potato salad. Got a little scoop of pulled pork, and 5 thin pieces of brisket for $27. Won’t make that mistake again. I don’t mind paying more for a good meal. Wish we could get a good BBQ joint in Franklin!

Second visit update.. I can’t stress how good this place is. A lot of food for the money and everything was delicious. Smoked baloney is amazing.
Stopped in this BBQ spot after visiting the Dueling Grounds Distillery. Located a stones throw from it and was a great find! Jeff came out to check on us and make sure our meal was good and it we told him it was delicious!! All staff was helpful and meal came out quickly. Brisket was super tender and shoulder was juicy. Hogg fries were seasoned perfectly. Oh and the sauces were delicious too! Overall this was a great meal and I recommend checking them out.

If I ever move to Franklin, I’m getting a place in walking distance to here! Some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful service.
My party had the 1/2 chicken plate, the brisket sandwich and I had the brisket plate with “hog fries” (seasoned fries) and Fried Corn on the Cob. Fantastic food and reasonably priced for what you get. Everyone left VERY happy.

As I know I’ve written in the past, this place is a hidden gem. You need to check it out if you are in the Portland, TN area. Their barbecue is absolutely top shelf. Try the smoked bologna and pork shoulder!! Their side are also VERY good!! I’d give them six stars if I could.
