The personal pan pizza I just got from there was scrumptious! Best pizza I’ve had in over a decade! I asked for extra mushrooms and they piled ‘em on and it looked like they put extra pineapple on it too, which I had thought about asking for but didn’t. Great job, Tullahoma, TN crew! I’ll be back soon!

Our server, Katie was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really made the whole dining experience so much better. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to have her as my server again!

Pizza Hut has definitely improved their food! The crust wasn’t burnt at all but the way crust should look which is golden brown. No pizza stuck on the lid either!

I placed an online order for carryout and at the end during checkout it gives you an option to tip. Before paying I selected the no tip option so my total shown was the amount of the food and tax. I paid the order and went to the store and picked it up. A day later I see that my order total had been adjusted. I thought maybe an error happened where I got charged twice but after adding the total up I immediately thought someone added a tip to the order. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she informed me that a tip had been added. I explained that I never added a tip and that my receipt did not show one either. The manager continued to try to tell me that I accidentally added an tip when I know for a fact I did not because if a tip had been added on the app it makes you pay it immediately with your total. Instead of offering to give my money back I was offered a credit on my account. The tip amount ended up being over the amount I paid for the food, so the employee that added the tip added an over 100 percent tip. I support tipping but an employee adding a tip after the fact behind someone’s back is not right at all. Just putting this out there for anyone placing online orders to check your bank statements after.

I wasn’t pleased with my service during the buffet hours, they seem like they need more help when it’s busy during these hours. One server taking care of multiple tables seems a bit excessive.
