I’ve been wanting to come here for so long cause everyone would rave about their food. I enjoyed the food but it wasn’t my favorite. I was expecting so much more flavor and to knock my socks off with delight. Don’t get me wrong it was good but wasn’t worth the hype. I was pumped to try the fragrant duck but it wasn’t exploding with flavor which I thought it would. The green beans were the best plate we got. We got one course to go along with the other stuff and it was plenty of food for two. Drinks were decent. Service was fantastic! They have a huge bar in area in the back which was cool but they haven’t reopened it since covid, bummer for them. Hope it picks back up! Very convenient place to go before a show at the 5th Ave.

The food, the service, and the ambiance of the place exceed expectations. The hostess was very accommodating when finding us a table. The food was decently priced and portion size was fairly large. I got the chicken Pad Thai and it was delicious- cooked very well. I definitley recommend this place.

The restaurant is very nice, and the food was wonderful. Our server, Garrett, gave us excellent service and was very helpful in selecting our dishes. The family style dining was very nice with large portions. There was a good level of spice to flavor the dishes without overpowering them. We were also served good drinks from the bar.

Delicious family style! The cod was amazing, but everything was really good. Green curry has a nice amount of spice. Just a heads up that half the dishes have peanuts, so might be hard to accommodate with a nut allergy.

It’s been nearly 15 years since I’ve been back to Seattle. The first place I wanted to eat was at Wild Ginger!! When I lived in Seattle, it was THE place where we celebrated special occasions. This time, I happened to be in Seattle during my birthday week. I took my friends who were visiting with me and they loved it! I was so thrilled!! Make sure to order the Fragrant crispy duck with extra steam buns, seven flavor beef, Siam lettuce cups (you’ll want to order extra of these!), Sichuan green beans, mix of brown and white rice, green chicken curry, Hanoi tuna, Indian butter chicken, Chinese sausage & shrimp fried rice.

Laughably bad “asian” food. This is american food made to look like asian food. The rice was old in some parts. If you’ve ever used a rice cooker you know what i mean. Where it starts to brown and harden. Nobody likes biting into old hardened rice. The seven flavor beef wasn’t bad. It was good with the bean sprouts. The kung pao chicken was the worst i’ve ever had. Hard to believe it was cooked in a wok. Flavorless. My mojito was also flat. Using flat soda for drinks… The venue is very “family friendly” but they seem to market themselves as something more upscale. This place is basically pf chang’s. I get some people like this kind of restaurant. I just felt misled. Wild Ginger is a very americanized “asian” restaurant.

David was our waiter and he was such a great service provider. We had to reschedule reservations but there was luckily still room for our bigger party. Celebrating an engagement and the restaurant even provided a signed card! The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone ordered something different so we could all share family style. The 2 favorite dishes of the night was the duck and green curry chicken.

An absolute must when you are in Seattle. Two years ago, we stumbled into this place and fell in love. Now every time we visit Seattle, we make a point to stop.

Very good green beans, also enjoyed the sautéed beef and the chicken pad Thai. We had a private event upstairs, and the bartender made a very strong ginger martinis and a very good old fashioned.
