Great service and super friendly staff! I had boneless wings which seemed to be your standard frozen then deep fried boneless wings with buffalo sauce. They weren’t bad, I just think there was a missed opportunity to put their own spin on these using fresh chicken. My husband had the Reuben with pulled pork on it, which he was quite happy with. The amazing dish? The reason I’m writing this review? The Pickle Medley appetizer. FANTASTIC. A mixture of fried dill spears, fried pickle chips, and spicy fried dill slices. Oh, and fried banana pepper slices. FANTASTIC, I say, as a fried pickle conneseur. They were perfectly cooked, crispy without being overdone. The batter was thin coated and not bready or gummy at all. The pickles tasted homemade and I would swear there was rosemary added to the dill but I forgot to ask. I would come back just for those alone.

What can I say… This place is awesome, great food, they have live music (not sure how often). It is right off the Virginia Creeper Trail and they have bike racks right up front where you can leave your bikes while you eat. Service is great and the food is great as well.

First of all, I regret not getting the chicken wings. I ended up picking a burger and I regret doing so. The burger would’ve been better had it not been a pre-made frozen patty. I saw the couple next to us eating wings and they looked delicious! The deep fried deviled eggs are very delicious! I would come back simply for them! The waitress was very nice and prompt, but she had limited knowledge about the beers on tap.

Cute little local restaurant. A little rooster-themed house inside and a lot of outdoor seating in the summer months. The wings are really tasty, they recently took off their CocaCola wings which is a little sad but they have other great flavors as well. I recommend the chicken and waffles. They also have curly fries that are really good.

Some of the best chicken wings I’ve had in a long time; especially if you’re a fan of crispy wings. I would suggest avoiding the boneless wings the bone-in wings were far superior and better tasting. They have more wing sauce and dry rub options than I’ve ever seen at another location.

We only had ice cream -there were many flavors listed but not many available. Nice outdoor seating with a man singing and playing guitar – Jimmy Buffett type music. Loved the music. The food smelled good but will have to try next time

Ate at this restaurant because it was highly recommend after my bike trail ride. Also riding past during the ride the restaurant was crowded so it must have been good. The service was good based on our dietary restrictions the waitress was able to accommodate us. The food was decent. Order the crab cheese & jalapeño poppers with the medium Buffalo chicken sliders. The chef/waitress forgot my lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing with my sliders. Also I am not a fan of waiters/waitress receiving my payment form and taking forever to come back to my table. It took awhile for the waitress to deliver my payment form back which irritated me. Overall, this is place is good to spot and eat after your bike trail ride. They also had live music playing which was nice!

We came here on our way off the trail. It’s the perfect stop for a beer & snack after a bike ride! It was busy but there was no wait to get in at 3pm. The sign at the front with the chain across was a bit confusing… It says wait to be seated but there’s another sign that says come into the main area-we figured it out with the help of others!

Great place to get your wing fix. These are some of the best we’ve had. Sat outdoors in the shade on a very nice day and enjoyed every minute watching bikers across the highway returning from the trails. Most doing a U-TURN to get back to this place. Come early, a long line will form soon after they open. Plenty of Bicycle parking and you can park your car on the side but more room behind the restaurant.

Absolute gem! Very welcoming with excellent service, food, drink, and with a relaxed atmosphere that sets this place off as the must stop in Damascus. Live music on the weekends with first rate musician Adam Musick plays with a love of song and crowd that must be witnessed. And to top it off, the owner and staff were incredibly dog friendly and spoiled her with so much love and affection. Thank you, Wicked Chicken. Definitely will be back!!!!
