If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful pho, go elsewhere (which unfortunately isn’t many places in Baltimore). This food is straight up nasty–period. I don’t even know if there are actual Vietnamese chefs in the kitchen.
I ordered szechuan broth pho with brisket and added tendon and beef balls. Why is there CORN in an order of pho??? Absolutely no flavor in brisket or broth–which is essential in a pho broth. I didn’t get enough protein and I was not brought lime, basil, jalapeños with my dish as one should when ordering pho. There weren’t even apparent condiments like fish sauce and hoisin sauce available. At a real pho spot I hardly use the condiments because I think that rich pho stock is the star of the bowl for me, but I SO wish I had SOMETHING for this disgusting bowl. And if you’re wondering–no, the broth did not at all taste authentically of szechuan spices.
I also ordered hot tea, which I typically enjoy drinking when eating, especially at Asian restaurants. I should have went with the green tea. I ordered what I thought would be lavender tea but I suppose I should’ve know better. Hot, obviously artificial, dark-blue/purple colored flavoring in a cup which I did not drink.
Self-service kiosk makes it easy to order but should also somewhat indicate in hindsight that this place isn’t the real deal. Hispanics working FOH *and* BOH seemingly, playing loud Hispanic music or programs–which of course isn’t necessarily an issue–but further points to this not being an authentic ASIAN food joint.
Would never come here again. Yuck and yikes! So disappointing and a waste of my money–it was not worth the cost of the pho and additions I made. Glad I didn’t tip ahead. I ate what protein I could find in that bowl and abandoned my tray as is before darting out. Don’t even get how they are in business.

Today, we had an exceptional dining experience at Rice and Noodles on North Charles Street. The restaurant’s ambiance is captivating, and the exceptional customer service provided by the two Hispanic staff members was truly remarkable.
The appetizers, dumpling empanadas, were exceptionally hot and delectable. The pho and Bun Bo Hue were both highly recommended for their extraordinary flavors and freshness.
I highly recommend this place
And definitely I’ll come back again.

terrible customer service. the food i ordered was missing the main ingredient making it inedible and i called them simply to let them know. she offered me a free replacement meal for next time i ordered, which i thought was for the inconvenience of not even being able to eat food that i ordered. she then went out of her way to text me early the next day and showed me that because i was refunded $12 from grubhub, she won’t be giving me a replacement with my next order anymore. i told her i literally couldn’t eat my food, went without dinner that night, none of the entrees has sauces they were supposed to come with and i hope $12 was worth losing a customer. i’ve been ordering just the pho and summer rolls from here for a while and now they are never getting a single dollar from me again. also, the chicken wings were horrific (soggy, fatty and full of dark bloody/brown meat) and the pho didn’t even come with hoisin sauce or sriracha, so it was super bland. the whole meal was bad and i told her all of this. save yourself money and a headache and order from a better pho spot.

We did takeout for lunch and the food was wonderful! We tried pho with steak and beef balls, spring rolls with peanut sauce, and their bubble tea. It is beautifully decorated inside with exposed bricks. There’s 4 stories total so it is fairly big place to hangout and enjoy food.

This Vietnamese gem offers a truly unforgettable dining experience, starting with their **bánh mì**, which is a perfect blend of textures and flavors—the crispy baguette, tender pork, fresh pickled vegetables, and creamy pâté make each bite an explosion of savory, sweet, and tangy goodness. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with charming décor that transports you straight to Vietnam, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. With friendly, attentive service, every visit here feels like a special occasion.

Very meh, both food and service. Tried to ask about what broths were vegetarian and all they did was point at the kiosk. Got vegetable pho and chow fun and thank goodness there were vegetables which were at least good quality because the broth was just glorified water and the chow fun noodles were so overcooked they were grainy and mush all at once. The sauce on the chow fun was watery and barely there for what was supposed to be bulgogi sauce. $30 for 2 dishes isn’t the worst in the world as mushroom msg for the pho broth corrected most of the negligence and I can salvage the veggies from the chow fun and make my own noodles at home which is not the point of takeout

I’m glad to find a decent place to get Pho in Mt. Vernon. I had the Combination Pho and their egg rolls. Good flavorful broth on the pho and good amount of noodles and meats. Egg rolls are big and meaty. They have a huge menu and will definitely be back to try other dishes.

Amazing food, very poor customer service. Asked an employee for help as the only customer, and she told me the wrong dish, gave up helping me after I said it wasn’t what I was looking for, and then went in the back to complain to someone else (with me in earshot) about how I asked for help. I guess I don’t look like I understand Spanish.
Also I ordered for dine in and the same employee bagged my food and didn’t say anything about it. My food was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes before I physically checked the bag.

So excited they are open! I got a vermicelli bowl with tofu and the tofu was so crispy, just how I like it. The garden rolls are also delicious, and who can resist boba tea? The service was very fast and the atmosphere is bright and airy. I’ll be coming back here all the time!!

Food here is extremely disappointing for the price and the atmosphere. It’s self-serve style with no A/C. We ordered Bún Bò Huế but there is no beef, and Bún Thịt Nướng but the beef is low quality and stiff. If you crave Viet food, you’d better off at Indochine that is a block away for much better food, service and price.
