I went here with my boyfriend and we tried the Hell’s Kitchen and the Heidi’s Club on sourdough. Each sandwich was absolutely delicious! We both said we couldn’t decide which one was better as they were both excellent. The bread was one of the best sourdoughs I’ve tasted, great crust with a soft inside. The two people who helped us were really nice as well. I’d definitely recommend this deli and will visit again soon!

Great food, slowest service possible. The artisanal sandwich crafters are stuck in a strange blackhole. As a result their bodies move in slow motion. I live close by and have been to the restaurant many times at different times of day. 10 minutes per sandwich is probably average. It’s sometimes painful to watch just how slow they manage to make a single sandwich. Great Bread!

Staff used the same gloves making the sandwiches as they did to work the register and went back to making sandwiches without changing them. Sandwiches are pretty basic, minimal toppings on sliced bread. The value just doesn’t come anywhere near the quality/quantity. I forget how disappointed we are the few times we’ve been, but luckily after this experience we won’t be going back.

I ordered an American Chicken sandwich and NONE OF THE TOPPINGS besides chicken and cheese with cajun sauce which I did add came on the sandwich on 9/6/2024 @ 12:19 AM order number 469. However I checked my order receipt, and other than cajun sauce, no other modifications were made. No Mayo, Mustard, Lettuce,Tomato, Onion, Pickles. $14 for non complete sandwich? Ridiculous. Honestly I have never dealt with more of a frustrating online ordering system before, and the phone numbers online do NOT work. I personally will never come back.

Food was decent but not great. The guy at the counter asked if we wanted potato salad – didn’t realize it would be an extra $2 (he worded it like it was included – “do you want chips or potato salad with that.”) It wasnt very good (way too creamy and only 2-3 potato chunks in the whole container). When attempting to pay (I had a $50 gift card) I was told I have to spend everything at once. The staff called the manager who confirmed this is true. I argued that I do not want to spend all $50 now – after a long wait and discussion they agreed to write the remaining balance instead of making me spend everything at once. I probably won’t be back after using the gift card and wouldn’t recommend getting a large gift card for someone in the future.

The gluten-free bread was fresh and flavorful, not dry or crumbly like most places. My sandwich was stacked with quality ingredients and tasted amazing.
What really made it stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was super friendly, patient, and happy to answer my questions about gluten-free options. You could tell they genuinely cared about the food and the customer experience.
If you’re gluten-free or just looking for a delicious sandwich made with care, definitely check this place out. I’ll be back for sure!

I have loved Heidi’s for years, but this one is particularly great. Every time my sandwich comes out perfect! I’ve never had any issues. The staff is mostly friendly, and it’s typically pretty quick. I don’t love paying $15 for a sandwich, but the quality and taste of the food is absolutely worth it.
