First time eating Tibetan food. I loved it. I had Himalayan momo (dumplings), La-Ping cold mung bean noodles with spicy chili sauce, and butter tea. Everything was delicious. Friendly service too.

White Yak is a wonderful restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, the staff members are so pleasant, and their prices are incredibly fair for the portions. It was our first time here so we ordered a bit of everything, and there was not a bad dish amongst them. We started with the traditional fried dumplings (beef momo) that came with a delicious dipping sauce. For main dishes, we had the shatrak, chili chicken, crispy pork ribs, phaktsee, and the chicken thenthuk. Wow. Everything was delicious, but the crispy ribs were next level. Great stuff. Check them out, you will be happy you did.

I ordered chicken chilly momos and I really liked them. It was very spicy and I like spicy. Although I didn’t like the fact that they added celery in it. It had a very distinct celery flavor and that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. They’re overpriced, I ended up paying close to 18 for momos which is a lot for a medium sized appetizer.

We had the pork bacon and leek dish with tingmo, momo, lapping, gyurma, and Eggplant, they were all amazing. The staff were very attentive, which made the experience even better.

My fiance and I finally came here after having it on our radar for months. He really loved the crispy pork ribs. I ended up getting the beef shatrak, which I highly recommend. Each dish came with jasmine rice. We also got chicken skewers as an appetizer which came with a sweet barbeque-like sauce. The atmosphere is calming and I enjoy the decor. The family that owns and operates this place clearly put a lot of love into what they do. We got quality food for a good price at a quaint little place 🙂 We will be going back!

White Yak is a real treasure. My gf and I decided to give it a go while shopping in the area. This was our first experience with Tibetan food so we picked some random things off the menu and let the good times roll.
