We aim to raise the standard of “fast food”. Our brand was stablished in 2013 by a group of friends who wanted to bring their families’ authentic Mediterranean cuisine to busy customers on the go. I want to sher with you guys about my experience.I went to dinner and order a meal.the food was look so good so I ordered.everything was great until the manager came and made me and the to all present and employees feel uncomfortable.She was very rude and impolite. I have never felt so unwelcome in a place. I must say that she made me feel bad. I hope she will see this and change. Besides, the food was the most delicious food I’ve ever eaten in my life. The cooks were professional and nice. It’s a shame that a woman ruined the whole experience

Fantastic Mediterranean food. I love their falafel and pita chips as well. So easy to eat here as a vegan. All their sauces are vegan and they have multiple protein options for vegan/vegetarian. Sat outside and parked my bike at right there.

Welcome to my first time being a Karen and leaving a review for a food place. The food at hummus republic is amazing and I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the horrible service experience I just had. Usually the service is good but it might be iffy this summer because I just spent a whole 15 minutes to get a bowl and loaded sweet potato fries. I usually don’t complain about service work because I have been a service worker before and it’s not easy but this was not a good look for Hummus Republic.

We were so excited to find Hummus Republic in IV. There’s a lack of Mediterranean/middle eastern food in SB in general, so we were really excited to find this. I’m vegetarian and they have tons of choices for me. I get the bowl and they are very generous with their portions. I try a different base every time, but my go to spread is the tzatziki. Lots of protein options and a bunch of toppings that you can load up on. I would recommend grandma’s hot sauce and the tahini as sauces on top. Their pita is also freshly baked in front of you. If you’ve never had Mediterranean food, this is a great place to get a feel for the cuisine. Looking forward to going back soon

If you like Mediterranean food, you will love Hummus Republic. The food is fresh and flavorful. Chipotle style meals so you can build your bowl or pita to your liking. They have good vegetarian/vegan protein options. The employees are very helpful.

Falafels had bad after taste, pita was tasteless, mushrooms hard as rocks. I only tried the pita and was very disappointed as the toppings did not come together nicely at all. Very expensive too. A waste of money
