I ordered two crispy chicken sliders, and instead I got two chicken breast sliders that tasted terrible. The quality was awful, and this is not what I ordered.

Service has always been great at this White Castle. Workers are pleasant and our order is always correct and the burgers are always hot and delicious. The fries can be a little under cooked but that is the only thing I can complain about. The new pumpkin latte cheesecake desserts are delicious and only around $2.

Customer service was excellent lady was very polite and friendly. Food was hot and delicious. Next time be a little more generous with the cheese on the fries and the onions on the sliders!! My dog even enjoyed his slider!!

This is the white castle that doesn’t miss. I’m gluten free as most our readers know and they always make the sandwich without complaints without the bun. Always good food here always good.

This white castle is 100% better than the one on grand and Gravois. They actually took my order quickly so I didn’t have to wait 30 minutes to just put my order in. I will say that the guy that fixed my chocolate shake could have been a little more efficient. He waited till I got to the window and paid. Which, took longer than it should of. Over all, especially compared to the other white castle I’ve visited the experience wasn’t bad.

I tried the impossible sliders tonight and absolutely loved them. A great meat replacement with good flavor, and thicker than the traditional beef slider. I added tomato. I would have liked extra pickles!
The people who work here are always really nice. It’s worth the wait in the drive through.

Can’t even fill an order correctly. How the hell do they have a 4 star rating? A $65 delivery order totally screwed up.

They forgot my food and tried to give me a bag of hamburgers that weren’t mine, after I waited fifteen minutes to be acknowledged and being asked what I needed. (I needed to *order*.) This was a waste of my time and I didn’t even have time to eat before my meeting, a half hour after I’d arrived there. The trashes were full, the tables were filthy, and the drinks machine was out of every single diet option. It would never be my first choice (the McDonald’s lobby was closed), but in the future it won’t even be a last resort.
