The men’s bathroom is filthy and has no toilet paper!
In all my 43 years I have never been to a white castle that did not have French fries.

I was picking my daughter up from my parents house coming back to Chicago. Wanted a late night bite to eat stop at this White Castle, cause it’s 24 hours and on the way, so super convenient. Writing this review to give a major shout out to Hawkins Manager James team member as they are truly setting the bar for excellence with regard to customer service.
Before coming into the store, we had tried to place the order online through the mobile app to use the five dollar reward coupon unfortunately when he clicked back to add the jalapeño cheese, this made the coupon disappear so I went inside the location. I was greeted by James who greeted me professionally and with a smile. I explained what happened with the app and how it took the coupon but didn’t apply the discount. He was like no problem. Let me get my manager.
That’s when Hawkins the came over. He explained that there wasn’t much that they could do with the app because they don’t have any control over that however he was able to apply in-house discounts but pretty much balanced out with the coupon would’ve been. I appreciate these gentleman‘s willingness to help as that is a true reflection of Christ love for all of his children and if we understood nothing else about the Bible. We should understand that loving your neighbor as you love yourself sums it up pretty well. May God bless you both for your willingness to help and your willingness to love others as you love yourself God bless you!

My favorite location out of all the locations that I’ve been to…. My sliders with my modifications are always perfect here!!! I only get to come here when I come up from Florida and visit my relatives in Park Ridge…. We have a White Castle, the world’s largest in Orlando which is 2 hours away by car… but I’d rather get on a plane and fly for 2 hours to go to this location! Haha

Yesterday, i drove 22 minutes from my home to have white castle for a dinner because that’s the closest one to me. We reached their at around 7PM and entrance door was locked. The employee working there told us they have only 2 people working there so dine-in is closed. When we tried to place a pick up order the pickup time was so much more to wait there in the parking lot. We left and rather had taco bell across the street.

Nothing too special. Was our first time having White Castle & we ordered a #9 for our family. Nothing on the menu mentions the onions and none of us are a fan. Didn’t want to send back an entire tray of food so we sucked it up and ate it. It was okay.
