It was too bad. We came here 2/20 around 8:30. They had already closed 3/4 the seating area. The seating area open did not have a table the could accommodate my family size. When I asked if we could please use a table designed for 6 the were very reluctant to have any empathy. Despite being the only ones in the store and very few in the drive thru line, they were really pushy. They told me they did not have any clean trays either. However, they were visable and clean – thy just did want to offer them and dirty them. The soda machine was out of multiple drinks and the crew had already broke down the aqua frescos. The store closes at 11pm. Multiple people were trying to come in the main door but could not due to them locking it…To top it off my shrimp had raw batter on them. These guys are in too big of an hurry to leave to provide fully cooked food, adequate seating, or a full selection of drinks. Photos are included. Unfortunately I will not return or order to go here any more.

I went through the drive through so I had no idea I paid $9 for mostly rice until I got home. I ordered a beef and broccoli with white rice bowl. The majority is rice with a few pieces of beef and some broccoli. This is awful and a ripoff. The people working there should be ashamed.

Culver is SO AMAZING! He made sure we had hot food minutes before closing. He was so kind and calm even though the store was super busy. So refreshing to see management like this. Customer service on point!!!

Khalid is a wiz on the wok. I had the Super Greens, Broccoli Beef, Chicken & Green Beans and Orange Chicken. I was a personal chef for a number of years. Panda is one of my guilty pleasures. Everything was so on point that I couldn’t wait to finish my meal before paying my compliments and respect. It’s clear that he puts his heart and soul into preparing your menu. If Khalid is on the line you’re gonna have a 5 star Chinese Fast Food experience. (Assuming his cooking doesn’t sit too long under the warmers.)

The manager on duty, Culver, was absolutely charming! He greeted guests, informed them while waiting about the Panda App and was very happy and friendly! The food was fresh and hot! The price was awesome! The restaurant was meticulously clean! While I was eating, the manager came out to the dining area, asked how I was doing and if I needed anything, then checked on all the other guests. This was the best Panda experience I have ever had!

Could not believe how great of a team they had. Came in on Christmas Eve and the staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Best fast food team I’ve observed in years. Great experience. Orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and spring rolls were nice quality and ample portion!

Manager dude is on point evening time. Super nice, we had a coupon and he suggested a way to save even more, food was fresh and you can tell he really cares and is DIALED at this store. I think this is the most on point Panda Express I’ve ever gone to and we go pretty frequently.

Service: horrible. It’s 9pm and they close at 10pm. Half their stock or more is gone. There were like 5 cars deep in the drive thru and I went inside to order. I asked if they were making anything like chow mein since it’s was more veggies than noodles. One associate with an attitude was like “ahh no, I’m not going to make anything. We are going to be closing soon”
You won’t make the most common item and still have an hour to go? They didn’t say “I apologize but…”.
Ambiance: regular seating indoors. Nothing special.
Rating is a 1 due to attitude from the associate and they should make some food since they were still busy.

My daughter and I visited this location yesterday for the first time. She loves Panda Express. We came around 12-1 pm and they were a bit busy. Culver took care of us and was extremely helpful and kind. He checked in on us and made sure we got the best deal for our money. The store itself was clean and the team did their best to keep things running smoothly despite the how busy it was. And the food was in my opinion good. My daughter of course loved it.
